The food is ok, if they where to give me what I actually ordered. If I ask for dressings, they don't put it in, if they ask me if I want whipped cream on my milkshake, and I say yes, they should actually put it on my drink, and not slam the drive through window in my face. Not the best food, but I've had worse. The customer service could use a lot of improvement.

Got a burger and some cheese curds around 12 today. No problem with the cheese curds but my burger that I got was still raw. Never have I had a fast food place serve raw burgers that were barely cooked. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

We have given this store so many chances in hopes it would get better and it hasn't. This DQ has lost our business.

Twice in a row I've gone there for chocolate dipped cone. The only thing that makes dairy queen what it is. Both times the dip coating was so thin I could see the ice see an through it and the chocolate turned into thin shards in the back of my tongue. Dairy queen has been my favorite since the 60s.but im put off it now

All You Really Need To Know: Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to in terms of both quality of service and quality of food. Definitely the worst hands down in Oregon. Eat somewhere else literally 100% of the time.

The Long Version: My fiance and I have lived in La Pine for a while now and have been going to this Dairy Queen somewhat frequently for the past couple years. Unfortunately, we have (quite literally) never had a good experience. Every single time we go there, it seems to be a completely different staff so I've got to imagine their turnover rate is insanely high. The wait times are not at all on par with a "fast food" establishment - sometimes waiting up to 25 minutes to get a couple items. We have literally never gotten the exact items we ordered (and paid for). Literally never! Some examples include:
1. Ordering a certain Blizzard flavor and getting either a completely different flavor or just getting a half-full, poorly blended vanilla ice cream with nothing else in it instead.
2. Ordering two of their Signature burgers (specifically the FlameThrower Burger and the Two Cheese Deluxe Burger) with meals included and instead just getting two plain cheeseburgers with no sides or drinks.
3. Getting laughed at by the staff because we inform them our order is incorrect or that we got incorrect change back (the employees seem to be absolutely incompetant in cash management and counting change back).
4. Not getting all of our change back and being told by the drive-thru employee that they "got distracted" and will "have to get (us) more change in a moment". Then when they finally handed us our order (which was incorrect by the way), the employee either completely forgot that they still owed us more change or just hoped we had forgotten and would drive off none the wiser.
5. Never (NEVER) have I ever received a Blizzard from this location where they flip it upside down. They're supposed to do it with EVERY Blizzard they sell and you're supposed to get a free Blizzard if they don't.

Unfortunately, if you live in La Pine, you know there aren't many options when you don't have time or don't want to make something for dinner. Despite that, we have decided to never go back to this Dairy Queen location. We'd rather eat the twigs in our backyard. If you're just driving through town and need a quick spot for some food, stay away like the plague. We will be telling literally everybody we know how bad this Dairy Queen is.

If you don't mind waiting absurd wait times for an order that likely isn't even what you asked for, then this Dairy Queen might be for you! If you don't mind getting attitude from the employees or not getting all of your change back, then this Dairy Queen might be for you! But if you're a sensible human being who values your time, money, and your faith in humanity, you'll eat somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Very small portion size, food wasn’t that good, soda was completely flat. Slush drink is very very strong. Tables were dirty with dried up sauce

Floppy bacon, overcharge for sauces, out of basics like Oreo and ranch. Service not great. Charge a $1 for water. $9 for a burger with no bun, no lettuce, no tomato, no sides.

Did not order because the drive through was too slow. I saw people go inside, order and came out faster than the drive through. Big problem in my opinion.

Ordered a royal blizzard though door dash and what I was got was half blended ice cream in a cup. When I called about it, the girl on the phone laughed and was really rude. She refused to do anything about it and was giggling through the whole phone call. Worst service I've ever had.

Very good food and desserts, delivers thru door dash. In store great people. Customer service is great, just a little long to wait if your in a hurry.

Probably the worst food and service from any dairy Queen in Oregon. Of course the owner lives across the country and can't oversee her own business. "All the queens men? " Your time has expired. Time to GO!

Upon entering I was greeted by Melissa. Her customer service skills were exceptional. After ordering I passed by several dirty tables until finally settling on a table that I decided just to wipe off. The atmosphere felt dirty and honestly lowered my appetite. The food was done in average time. The chicken strip basket tasted good but seemed as if minimal effort was put into it. Pic of toast below. The other guest with me got the pineapple sundae and complained that the pineapple wasnt good but the ice cream was. Other guest also mentioned the mens bathroom was very clean.
