Dairy Queen Grill & Chill reviews
18Entire order for 3 made wrong staff was rude and gave is the cold shoulder rather than fixing the error. If you have food allergies don’t eat here, they don’t care.
Fighting fires and couldnt take the camp food after 28 days on fire.
They were understandable and made sure my food was prepared properly and looking like the photographs.
Service was great, management was very nice, and though they didn’t give me a discount, (probably cause I don’t ask), they made me feel good about myself.
Freshest fries hit the spot and the food was delicious.
Place was a little bit disorganized but I would t say dirty.
Over all a good time. And the sweetest staff.
Went in for fries and ice cream they left my fries out without telling me they were ready and when I noticed flys had landed on them I said something they said they couldn't do anything about it and looked at me like I was a idiot and just handed me my stuff and walked in the back away from me so chase at dari queen you need to do better
The bizzard I ordered was runny and nothing like a blizzard. They remade it and it was just thick like a shake with toppings in it. The girl who remade my blizzard (shake) was unhappy she had to remake it.
Well I ordered 3 cheese burgers and one pretzel sticks and the lady refused to give me my last cheese burger after asking me 3 different times what I wanted they were rude and disrespectful and dumped musterd all over my last cheeseburger
I hate to leave negative reviews, and I will note that the younger folks who work here, although slow and disorganized at times, are doing their very best, and deserve 5 stars.
I would come here every day after work and purchase a large cocoa fudge shake with banana, it would always come out to about 4.90something. There is an older woman who works at the location, I'm not trying to be rude but she's the only one there that fits the description, as everyone else working there is in their late teens - twenties. She was never directly rude to me, but always came across as cold and unfriendly. A friend of mine, who previously managed a different Dairy Queen in Eugene rode along with me and was overcharged while she was working. My friend disputed the charge, and was understandably critical of this lady's attitude and poor customer service. Ever since this occurred, any time this particular lady takes my order, I am being charged 5.50something, I figured, whatever, inflation, and just continued to pay the upcharge, for weeks. Today when I ordered the exact thing I always order literally EVERY day, she told me it would be 6.50something. I asked her why it cost so much today, and she insisted that the amount is correct, and told me she is charging me for the banana and three pumps of fudge. I told her that's wrong, and I won't be paying that.
Call me crazy, but I have a consistent, recognizable order, and I believe she is intentionally overcharging me after my friend gave her honest feedback about her poor customer service.
It would be nice if someone from corporate could contact me about this. I can provide endless screenshots of my bank statement which prove the ever increasing charge of my daily milkshake. I would also like this matter to be promptly resolved so I may continue to purchase my daily milkshake at this location, at a consistent and reasonable price.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Clean restrooms!
Not the fastest, but definitely a positive experience here.
Waited longer than normal and our order was not correct. People working there were friendly.
Really clean, fast, and the toast was actually toasted which blew my mind because every other DQ seems to just dunk the bread in water and call it good. 5 stars for that alone, even though I don't eat the toast.
A surprisingly fresh and clean interior. Looks to be recently remodeled inside. Friendly staff and quick service. They have ample seating and parking. Good job DQ! Oh, and the food was tasty too! The funny thing was that they charged me $7.05 for the $7 meal. Upon asking them why, I was informed that my request for extra pickles had cost me the extra 5¢. I found it annoying that they hadn't informed me and humerous that it was only 5¢.
Not like it was in the late 90' for sure but what is? Pleasant Hill, Hwy 58 needs better trained personnel. The kids are trying.
The banana split was topped with a hair "armpit hair"? Instead of a cherry? Well it Should have been a cherry.anyway!
This Dairy Queen had clean bathrooms and was a nice stop on my way through town. My fries weren't fresh and were only warm. I was offered ketchup or fry sauce, which I declined, but had to pay for a honey mustard. I understand food cost, but it can't be that much more than what I was already offered. It's frustrating to have to dig for change after already paying $10 for a meal
We stopped on our way down the mountain for a treat for the kids. The staff is friendly and helpful.
We took the children before going to the trampoline jump off it was a wonderful environment the service was great and the food was actually put together in a way that was asked for not having to return to the counter to say excuse me I'm sorry I didn't order this or I'm sorry I ordered that and you forgot it
Fries were too salty.
UPDATE: They were less salty this time. Bumped my review up one star
Ordered a simple cheese burger, waited ten minutes and the bun was dried out and the burger was cold. Grrrrr!
