I love the kids on evening shift. They are great they don't mind if I chat with them if I make them laugh and smile they never make me feel hurried or rushed like I am their priority right in front of them. The food is always great quality portions and timely I'm preparation thank you DQ on Santa Clara

Food is average, deserts are quite good, of course.
I will add, that the concept of average, is compared to other fast food stores. Locally, our Lapine Dairy Queen is well above average when compared the other fast food stores. And then, with the reliably above average deserts, it is a list topper for our small community.

Although a little hard to cross traffic, to make a left hand turn into this Dairy Queen, service was very friendly, quick, and efficient. I needed to deal with the manager in buying gift certificates as Valentine gifts for grandchildren.the manager responded quickly and it was a good experience.

All I can say is FELICITY is awesome. I'm sure everyone at this HAPPY DQ is awesome, but I am specifically recognizing her because she is the first person that I spoke with when I came in. I feel like the person who greets the customer/initiate the dialogue-can most often not only set the tone for the interaction but they also get the blessing of (possibly) influencing someone's first impression in a positive way. In my case, she MADE my day and really made me smile! Keep up the great work Felicity. It's the "HOLIDAY SPIRIT"!

Food was standard Dairy Queen food but the service was outstanding! Super friendly and helpful!

I love dairy Queen. Especially their chicken strip baskets with gravy. But sadly the chicken is just getting smaller and smaller, when they are the size of nuggets they are no longer strips, just saying. They are still delicious but just getting kinda small, and what happened to the extra gravy in the large basket? 0 Oh and if you haven't tried the cheese curds, do it! They are amazing!

Had a Rootbeer float that was very good. It's not on the menu but they will make it for you if you ask.

Puppy cones are now 50 cents wow they use to be free and the lady at the window said no they always been 50 cents

Terrible, waited for 10 minutes for a mango pineapple smoothie and got unsweetened blended oranges that taste like you’re licking lemons. Terrible terrible location

Good service, got a banana split, nice fresh banana, good amount of toppings but the whipped cream wasn't cream was disappointed in that. They probably say on their sign that it's whipped topping but I didn't read it

They were very helpful to me. I generally don't go to Dairy Queen.however that will change because of the service I received and the food was very good thank you.

Service has been iffy, wouldn't give me the lunch combo because the stop offering it at 4: 00pm and it was 4: 03pm.

I have visited well over 100 Dairy Queen establishments in my lifetime and I would rank this location in the below average tier. My toast was overcooked, my fries had no salt, and my chicken tendies were very stale. Will most likely never return to this location. 2 stars because they are located near some thrift stores.

I like DQ, the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because you pretty much cannot turn left out of that parking lot.
