Love the entire Dallas Family Dental team! Office is beyond beautiful and clean. Front office staff is so thorough and knowledgeable with all insurance related questions I have. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring, professional environment for my family’s dental care!

Dr. James has such high integrity that guides how he does his dentistry. Not only will you find such a clean state of the art facilities but also highly skilled and trained staff and they treat you like family. This is a one stop dental office. Not only can they do fillings and crowns but also they can place implants, preform extractions, root canals and orthodontic treatment.

Awful experience going here. The issues that I had was that I was treated as tho I knew nothing about my own teeth an just making up how sensitive they are, they even broke one of my teeth when working on it. Then when they were fixing it they acted as tho I was inconveniencing them because my apartment now took alittle longer then expected. They fudge my teeth up so bad that I had to go back because of the pain an got told that they could fix it by taking apart all the work they did an redoing it, but that I was going to have to pay for it all over again. An the best part of it all is that you have to pay upfront even with insurance no payment plan nothing.
I do not recommend this place.

Wonderful, beautiful dental office! Very efficient, timely, and attentive to patient needs. Love that you can organize appointments via text and that I get reminders for my appointments!

I had an outstanding experience at Dallas family dental. It was my first time there. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Dr. James showed great skill and experience in his bedside manner as well as dentistry. He and his hygenist even gifted me a new nickname “S”. I feel very lucky to have guessed right by making my choice to go to Dallas family dental today.
