Had my dream car stolen from me last month and went hunting for another Veloster. I was out looking on a Saturday and decided to give them a call to see if they still had the red one. David's dad (I believe his name is Chris) answered and was just about to close for the day and not only did he stay there and wait for us to drive the 45 minutes over there, but he stood there and talked to us for some time and not once did we feel like we were being rushed. The car was all the way in the back so we made plans to come out another day to test drive it. Fast forward to two days later and I was back and had neglected to realize that they are usually open by appointment and I hadn't asked to schedule a test drive. Chris made sure David knew I was there and was super nice about the whole thing. You can tell they are family because David was just as nice as his dad. Answered every question I had and made the process easy. The car has been running great so far and I absolutely will be suggesting this business to anyone I know who needs a car from now on. Also, today I got a mystery package in the mail from them. Opened it up and there are treats and a card for me with the picture David took of me in front of my new car on the front. How nice is that!? Thank you David! And thank you to Chris as well! You guys are awesome.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. Very friendly people, very trustworthy, not gonna sell you something you don't like. Very clean showroom/cars. Edit: I’m changing the rating due to a plethora of electrical issues this car seemed to have; spending nearly 3k to have it fixed. Only, for the car to be totaled at a 25mph front end collision that left me with a broken ankle. Please still buy from these folks! But I would urge away from buying a smart car.

Friendly, welcoming, inclusive, no pressure. I had a very good experience buying from David and his father. I financed the vehicle through my own bank and there was nothing but problems with the bank and the loan. I wasn’t able to get the vehicle for over 10 days after my initial down payment due to banking mistakes. David was understanding, flexible, and helpful through the whole ordeal. Very happy with my vehicle and my experience.
