5 Used to be a great place to get friend chicken, but the price (July, 2022) has gone up to $11.99 for a 4-piece combo!
The most expensive fast food price in the area! I realize prices have gone up on a lot of things but WOW! Got blindsided by this one on my last visit.
The Colonel has a 4 piece combo (w/ biscuit, 1 side of your choice, and a medium drink) for only $2.51 more.
A C-store close to me has just as good for $4.99.
The manager at Dairy Mart Junction City (3: 30 pm June 27) is beyond rude. She told my wife to "be quiet" when she was trying to explain that the employee had not given her the correct change. In the end, the employee was so confused my wife had to explain what had happened anyway. Usually their employees are top of the line, but today was a mess.
You call and make complaints they don't follow through and it seems like some managers and some small stores likes to talk about everybody and she don't look at herself
They called my personal phone and discrimination against me began, lies, and told me I could Never go in their store again all because i asked clerk if she wanted my number. The clerk engaged and said yes, so she took my phone number down. Then the manager called me and threatened and yelled and said I was Never allowed in biulding again.
I dont get it, everyone gotta trip cause stress over covid. Idk. Its BS. I Will promise to Never go to any Dairy mart ever in this state.

I was a very regular customer at your West 18th Dairy Mart, the customer service with the current manager is awesome. I went there for the customer service. The customer service she brings was not there before she started at that store and will no longer continue. I will no longer be going to Dairy Mart because since the current manager is being transferred you are taking away the level of customer service that she brings. I know I’m not the only one who went to that store specifically for their customer service.
