Going out as a family? Great food fun and drinks. The customer service is great! Jessica was my customer service agent and she was on point. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Clackamas town center.

It was a lot of and will definitely go back. We wanted to eat, but it was a 90 min wait for a table. It was a Saturday afternoon so I'm not surprised

When we first got there, it seemed as if we were being overlooked. After a few minutes went by we were seated. A greeting would have been nice, some sort of acknowledgement. We were seated by someone who seemed to be having a bad day. We waited a long time for someone to serve us, just when I was getting ready to leave the manager Landon came by to asked if someone served us, I replied "no" and preceded to tell him about my experience so far. Landon validated what I said and apologized and assured me that he would try to rectify the situation. Landon assigned Chris as out server, he was awesome and made up for the rough start. Highly recommend going here as long as Landon and Chris are present.

If you like drinking do not come to Dave & Buster’s there is no alcohol in their drinks they make them pretty but they charge a lot for absolutely no alcohol in them

Loved it had a blast with my family and everything was well taken care of and cleaned. Only wished we had table service, had to wait for refill services and had lots of our tableware like cups and such for a very unreasonable amount of time, that is literally all that took it from a 5 to a 4 star. Hopefully staffing will be able to be met as people apply and get hired.

Food is so so, service was nothing to write home about. It's a fun place to go with a large group but only for the games and sports.

Took my grandson and my daughter to Dave and busters and we spent several hours there having a great time the food is fantastic it's a fun place to go with the family

Pretty disappointed. Their family game center is fun, but the food, and service is poor.
They forgot food for our order. We called, and they were just like "oh yeah it was brought out late". Never once offered an apology. Never offered compensation, we had to ask for it.
When I arrived to pick it up, the gal still never expressed apologies, and didn't want to give it to me, because I wasn't the original one who picked it up. I finally had to ask if I gave her the card it was bought on, would she give me my food, and she finally did.
My food was cold, they didn't bother to remake it, or at least re-heat it. And my burger was undercooked, not pink.red. I will not be eating here or bringing my business here again. The service was awful. Save your money.

I had a great time playing games at the arcade especially Marvel Contest of Champions which is my favorite. Can't wait to return for my b-day in a month. Despite I had trouble trying to get a new card on the self serve machines, the staff were very friendly in helping me make my purchase. Definitely recommend this place to have fun

The staff is rude the wait is too long and asking for assistance with anything is a chore.you stick to the floors when you walk through and the game staff is too busy playing video games to help people.the only people that like this place are too drunk to realize how bad it is

Experience was incredibly fun and the staff know exactly what they're doing. Great games and prizes and drunk selection was nicely put together too.

Wanted to take my brothers to play some games, everything was fine until we were seated for food. After an hour of waiting we were told by our server Paul H. That he forgot to submit our order, and that it would be out in 15 minutes. After another 40 minutes still no word on our food. Everyone was hungry and upset, so we talked to the manager and told him we were just gonna leave. He apologized but didn’t seem too interested, no plans on coming back here. Got to play 3 games with my brothers, just wanted to have fun with them. Couldn’t even get that…

Great atmosphere, big Tv's to watch sports, great service. Definitely would go back. You guys REALLY need to find either better, quality ingredients for the food, or get better cooks. The food is TERRIBLE, but the service and workers are great that's why I still gave three stars.
Edit: September 20,2021 The food has really gotten much better! Enjoyed Monday Night Football and the customer service was on point. Madison did an excellent job. Four stars for the front counter hostess wasn’t very enthusiastic as if she hated her job.

Let me say I'm giving this rating simply because I feel it is super expensive.

When you arrive you pay for a card and put your coins on the card that counts your tickets.
I took two boys (ages 10 and 12) they LOVED it, it is a super fun place for them. Both boys used $40 dollars worth of coins each (a total of $80) up in about an hour and a half.

I thought they had a very nice large selection of games. It was loud and lots of bright flashing lights.

There was a section separate for eating/drinking and watching sports. I didn't get any food.

Bathrooms were clean.

I also noticed they give military discounts.

The prize selection was very large and had a good variety, however the cheapest prize was 300 tokens.

The food was okay but the ordering and getting of food was kinda crazy. The servers were busy (no refills even on water), the manager and employees were nice and friendly though.

I ordered the IPA fish and chips. It was a little disappointing when it came. There was one large piece of fish that was overcooked. It was on the dark side. I also found 3 small pieces of bone in the fish. It was a disappointment, and not worth the money.

I love work here so I love it of course. Great food, full arcade with VR games, full bar and over 15 big screen TVs and have NFL Sunday ticket so we play every NFL game in or out of the network areas. Come check us out

Celebrated my husbands 32nd birthday and it was a blast. The online system to order food super sucked but our waiter Michael was seriously AWESOME! My husband even pulled the manager aside and complained him as he (my husband) is a son of a fry cook and waitress. I suggest keeping the human experience of the waiters. Michael was seriously just the best!

While the games are a little lacking in my opinion, the games they have are fun, fun, fun! The food was great, better than most places I've been (which isn't a lot, mind you).

I definitely think this is THE place to have a family night out!

This was by far the worst experience. Not one person to help with orders. Have to scan a QR code, order than pay to get your food. Rude staff to top it off. Will never come back. 10 of us walked out without ordering.
