Great service. The tech, despite being incredibly busy, kept in contact with me to give me options. It turned out the engine was seized after sitting for 6 years and I didn't want to throw a ton of money into it, so I was able to pick up my boat without a bill. They could have strung me along and worked up a bill, but the tech was honest and upfront with his findings.

They got me in right away and were able to find the issue and FIX it right then! I am one happy customer

Reasonably priced, everyone was easy to deal with. Busy shop, so they needed to have my car for a couple days to fit it in. Had Subaru Forester rear wheel bearing replaced that had failed prematurely after another shop replaced it. Happy with repair so far.

I was picking up my daughters friends for a sleepover, and my car started making these terrible shakes. I was terrified that we were going to end up on the side of the road with a broken down car. I started frantically calling around to find a shop that would help me. I’m so thankful that Westgate auto recommended them. I called and even though they were super busy they got me in right away. But they were completely upfront with me and honest. They made me feel comfortable and confident. As a woman who knows nothing about anything about cars. I don’t feel like they tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I expected maybe a day or two before I would even hear back to figureout what was going on. Was thinking thousands of dollars or the loss of my very very old van (which I cannot afford). They were able to fix my car within hours and for way less than what I actually expected. They didn’t upsell me for things I didn’t need. I couldn’t believe how quickly they made my van run like new.
These are some of the best people I have met in a long time. They truly care about their customers. They have lifetime loyalty with me now and I will recommend them to literally everybody I can.
