Good job on my BMW! Happy to add Dave's on my list for places to bring my car to. Prices were cheaper than BMW in some things, more expensive in others. Just the way of it!

One of a very few honest mechanic shops in town. The technicians know what they're doing and don't try to upsell you excessively.

When I called with a headlight problem Dave's fixed it the very next morning. They even gave me a ride to and from while my Volvo was being serviced (about 2 hours). Very nice people. Very professional and the price was reasonable. I'm taking my car back next week for a windshield washer problem. Dave's has become my go to auto repair shop. Highly recommended.

We purchased another car.used with high mileage. Luckily, Dave's Import Service knows how to ensure our vehicles are running to the best of their ability. After several LONG conversations about checking with them BEFORE I purcahse a vehicle. They were able to adress all the vehicles issues and get me back on the road with a smile on my face. They are always very friendly and willing to spend the time explaining all the technical "stuff" to me so I feel comfortable with their work. Dave's Import got us in on short notice and and fixed our Sprinter Van in no time and at a great price. The crew was super friendly, knowledgeable and even shuttled me over to pick up my rental. Lucky we found this place!

I have a Volvo. Southern Oregon Subaru, where I purchased the Volvo, no longer does mechanical work on Volvos. I needed someplace to get services. Dave's Import has filled that void. They have done all my needed repairs and done them well. If you have a Volvo, take it to Dave's>

Took my daughters BMW in to find and fix an oil leak. They identified and did a great repair. The problem I encountered was upon getting the car back, they had broken the clips holding a power wire to engine cowl and it was just laying on the oil tank. There was also a chip on the interior of the left quarter panel where the hood closes. Brought it back to show them and after a discussion I was told a little research would be required to find a solution, but once found they would call me back and repair it. Never received a call back for 3 months, posted this review got a call couple weeks later.

I have been a customer for 8 years since I moved to Medford. My car is a 2002 Rav 4. I have always found Kevin (and before him, Dave) to provide excellent service. They are honest always helping to find the best
parts for the best price. I am a retired lady and they have always been truthful and watching out for me. I would never consider going anywhere else!

Terrible service messed up my wiring when they fixed my car, and broke another thing on my brother's car.
DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude when confronted about there poor work.

I rate this vendor on customer service. He didn't work on my car (I was out if state) and he was booked a week and a half out. He sent me quotes and returned calls prompt and good estimate too. I could not wait that long but had I waited I would have save lots of money and his reputation is well with people I know as he was referred to me

Highly recommend Dave's Import Service. Their owner, Kevin and his staff went above and beyond to solve our sensor problem in our Chevy Silverado. It was a challenge but they stuck with it till it was corrected.

Needed my BMW worked on, and they saved me. Their knowledge of my car's needs, and how I should handle it.

This place is legit. Prices are reasonable for excellent service. My Service Writer, Tristan was great and I've had the great pleasure of working with my mechanic, Greg at a previous shop. I know that he is meticulous, efficient and with attention to detail. I met the owner when I dropped my Sven (Volvo) off & he is a super, swell guy too. Highly recommend.
