Dr. David Weingarten is a phenomenal Doctor who has help and saved a lot of people in Guam. One of these people happened to be my mother and she very healthy and grateful. It was a turbulence time for all of us seeing our mom sick and paralyzed. It was definitely stressful time, but these I'll say Dr. David Weingarten when ever you visit Saipan announce your arrival my family will help and chaperone you.thank You and God bless
