I have worked with David a few times. When my wife and I purchased our first home, having David in our corner was a huge advantage. There are so many agents out there but David gives you the time you need to understand what’s happening. He takes the time to explain and make sure you don’t feel lost in it all. David fought for us and got us even MORE in closing costs than we initially thought anted covered. He helped us select and cover a quality home warranty and did everything he could to provide us with a seamless transaction.
Since then we have invested in real estate for income properties over the last half decade or so. That was another world of questions and David had the answers we were needing.
I will never use another realtor other than David simply because he takes care of his clients - not just the contracts and process. Anyone can get you from point A to point B. David is without a doubt the only realtor I’ve used (total of four I’ve used across the country) that I will continue to use because I trust him. He is honest and works he’s for you, but he will also be someone who you can totally trust. A family man and a man who values what’s best for me and my family over what’s best for his.
