DEFY Eugene reviews
18 This was our 1st time attending a Birthday Party there and.
OH MANN. It's a little on the pricey side but. We should have reserved our spot for next year LOL. We will start saving Spange () now.
My ten year old is *obsessed* with this place! Although it's not a super cheap way to spend an hour (especially if the whole family is jumping, or you are on a tight budget) but it's definitely worth the admission price if you're looking for a way to tire out a high energy kid on a freezing cold and rainy Eugene day. Today my son went with his dad, and his jumping time was cut short by 15 minutes due to his wrist band being called. After reading owner replies to other reviews here, it seems that he could've used his full hour after all, just by speaking to the people at the desk, so be aware of that, and make sure that you get to use the full hour!
Amazing place for kids and young adults. There are a lot of different stations unlike the competition. Definitely going to frequent this spot.
This place has no place for adults to do anything and they are super picky about little rules and pester you about everything. Get air is a far better establishment
Tons of equipment so we never get bored. The employees are so friendly and great with the kids. Krys is always on top of the crew and makes sure everything is clean and working great!
They called our wristband color to leave 15 minutes early. When we paid for an hour. Then their photo booth ripped me off for $5. Kids had fun though.
Great place to take the kids. We prefer this over other trampoline parks in town because of overall well kept equipment, cleanliness, the attentiveness of staff etc. Always a great time.
My kiddo loves this place and this time we brought a couple friends who had never been and we all had an awesome time. The staff was abundant and very aware of everything going on threw out the gym. If and when they had to notify someone of the rules it was always in a very nice and carring manner at no point did we feel like we had to step in just sit back and relax while our kids wore themselves out. There are free lockers just in case you wanted to act like a kid yourself and run jump and play which I did. I don't think there was a single rude kid or adult which was nice to see. Drink machine snack machine and photo booth it was another wonderful experience what else could you want of course we will be returning.
Awesome place to bring kids for a great time! Sign in is super easy and the employees are very attentive. We willl be coming back soon hopefully!
During COVID times:
I was super impressed with how clean the facility was and how diligent every employee were in keeping up with sanitizing the structures. There are many things kids can do and adults. A great place for family fun. Will definitely come again.
Great experience!
I reserved a party room online for my son's 14th birthday. They took care of pizza, decorations, jumping socks, soda, etc. They even provided a host to serve pizza and take care of us.
I was impressed by the professionalism and great attitude of staff. Every staff member we encountered was respectful, attentive, and customer focused!
The building and amenities were clean and well maintained.
This was as close to perfect as one could hope for!
The most fun i have had since. Ever. Well worth the cost and the staff was very friendly. Be prepared to sign a waiver upon arrival which was an easy process.
Clean, nice variety of activities for differing ages & skill levels. Staff are cleaning constantly and supervision is commendable. Would feel safe bringing kids here.
Price is a bit too high for just one hour though. I'm tired of spending $100 to bring 5 kids. I feel like $50 for the 5 kids would be more reasonable. Not sure we'll be back for a while. I've spent like $300 in tickets already this year. At this rate it'll be over $1000 spent by the end of the year. That's crazy,! I'm just going to buy my own trampolines now that I see how much it costs. I can have a cool park at our house for what we would spend going there all the time.
Always had a good experience here although a little pricey for a family to all participate but not bad if you're paying for 1 or 2 kids for 1 1/2 hrs of play time.they should have a family pack price or something maybe
Everytime we have gone it has been obvious they keep this trampoline park clean! This is hands down the best in Eugene, the prices are a little higher but they have a lot more to do, and less limits on little kids.
Loads of fun! The ninja courses a great! There is a bean bag to jump into from 12+ feet up, a big swing over a foam pit, and lots of trampolines. There are also air tracks for tumbling into a resi pit and more. It is a great time for everyone of all ages!
Great experience, our two kids had fun the entire time. They sell some cool merchandise, they have drinks and lockers. I would say this I'm a big fella and by big I weigh 280 and stand 6' 3", when I asked the employee what's the weight limit.he said their is non.
Ok let me tell you how that makes me feel inside. HELL YEAH!
I'll conclude by saying this is a entire family fun location!
