Deluxe is FANTASTIC! I wanted a heat pump installed with my oil furnace as back-up. I didn't want to trash a perfectly functional furnace and tank. Seemed like such a waste. Other companies didn't know enough about oil furnaces and could only offer to scrap my oil and replace with electric or natural gas. Deluxe KNOWS OIL and did a great job setting me up. Any problems I had, they came out immediately and fixed it (even on the 24th of December!). I love my heat pump and the oil furnace is right there when it gets a little too cold for the pump to work efficiently. I can't recommend Deluxe highly enough!
Fantastic service! Kind, personable and very helpful. I am so incredibly grateful to Delux Fuel for working me into their busy schedule of deliveries and brought me desperately needed heating oil before I ran out. With freezing temps at night upon us I was so happy that they even came a day sooner than I thought.
