Denny's, Oakland OR

Honestly hit or miss. The food is usually good or not. Most of the waiters are friendly enough, but I did encounter a somewhat unpleasant experience with a serve, older woman brunette and rude ish.

Went to Denny's in Oakland, Oregon mid afternoon for breakfast.what a disappointment. The toast was so burned We couldn't eat it! Waitress came to give us the check but didn't stop by to see how our meal was until then. At that point.no, we don't want to wait for a new plate of toast. That's part of breakfast! Good grief.

Garbage night shift who doesn’t provide any kind of service. Place used to be ok to eat at with decent servers. Just a cess pool now.

My family and I were waiting for more than 20 minutes, the waitress had 5 tables she was working. She keep passing us. Not once did she turn around and said I will be with you shortly. No
Coffee no nada! 20 minutes. This was Saturday February 18th at 7: 30 am. Just in case, I did not get her name. As I walked out, I addressed her and said thank for the service. She had the audacity to say of course!
Horrible service

The staff here make it a step above your average Denny's. Jade especially, never had an empty coffee cup and felt I was getting the perfect amount of attention.

I have been going to this Dennys pretty much since they opened.we walked in yesterday and it felt different. I was like must be a new sheriff in town.new faces new attitudes.when deciding where to eat a lot of times it would be it's too hit and miss.and very mediocre most of the time at Dennys.but not this time.the service was great.friendly easy on the eyes.the meal was the best I can remember having at a Dennys. I want to give a big compliment to the whole crew.they all came out and introduced themselves.very nice touch.special thanks to Jade Bradford. Amaiah Ellis. Marty R.and Ryan S.

Our Server Anna was fantastic. I thought she did a great job serving alone. This location was pretty busy and she was able to multitask efficiently! There were some rude people persistently dinging the bell for her assistance and every response that came from here was so respectful! Her responses were “ Please hold on a second. Thank you! ” All while bussing and taking orders. Thumbs up for quality service.

Excellent service, staff is friendly and highly attentive, and the food was better than most Denny's.

This is the kind of place one wishes to have driven farther for better food and cleaner bathrooms.

Service good, breakfast good except for there bacon what a pathetic excuse for bacon strips! One can see right through there paper thin slices, don't order the bacon! You'll regret it.

Unfriendly servers, unfriendly management, food did not taste good and the order was wrong There's roaches and rodents crawling around, definitely a disgusting place.

The staff there and the manager are great people they always are very polite and you don’t have to wait long to get served the food is always been delicious and every time I’ve gone in there the manager always comes in asked if the food is OK and if I need anything to let her know she always has a smile on her face I always enjoy going to this Denny’s in Rice Hill.

Delicious. Service was great even in the labor shortage. Was able to have a beer with my chicken strips. Absolutely recommend.

This Denny's is excellent. Super-friendly and prompt service, best pancakes (other than my wife's) and such reasonable pricing. If only every Denny's could be so good.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They had holiday decorations - nice. They have video gambling available. I like their lesser prices compared to Washington State. They also appear to have menu options that other Denny's have removed - also nice. If they don't have a dessert you enjoy there is a Cinnabon store located in the same complex - this is a truck stop facility.

I have been a a lot of Dennys in my day and the service has been by far the worst of any restaurant especially the Medford Dennys. But Sirena our server at the Rice Hill Dennys has changed my mind she was an absolute delight and made our experience perfect! I hope Dennys can find more people like her as it would turn the company around. 100% perfect service, and excellent food! Thanks guys.

This roadside diner was clean, has friendly staff, and the food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the Hearty 9-Grain Pancake Breakfast (multigrain wheat pancakes made with flaxseeds, cinnamon & brown sugar; served with eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit [subbed for the hash browns]). Everything was delicious!
