Denny's, Hermiston OR

We were seating pretty quickly. Our waitress Courtney came to our table with a big smile. She took our order and returned quickly with our drinks. Everytime she came to check on us she had a smile on her face.

They were fast. The service was real pleasant. The waitress was so nice. Excellent food and plenty of choices. We will be back. Thank you.

Short staffed. They don't keep eye out for people goin in bar to eat drink & gamble. You have to go hunt someone down. FRUSTRATING.

Ordered online and our food wasn't ready at the pick-up time. Cook forgot about it. Waited extra 20 min. Came home to find order was incorrect and tried calling and immediately stated no voicemail set-up. Not worth driving across town. Poor service.

Great service and good food, there is a little bar and gambling machines attached to the restaurant at the end. They will serve mixed drinks and Bloody Marys with your food.

Went there ate my food paid for it, $25.05, but when I went home and checked the transactions on my card there is a $30.06 charge. I left a cash tip so they just stole an extra $5.01 tip.so now total they got a $15 tip for a $25 order? NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Bad service, bad food. I had chicken fried steak which didn't smell good, and I spent the rest of the night with a stomach ache. The country gravy that came with it wasn't good either. I shared 4 small pieces of the steak with my dog & he got sick off it too.

We stayed the the Best Western next door and were given coupons and advised that the Denny’s would give a discount if we showed they our room key. At shortly after 10 pm, two of us went their and we’re not greeted by anyone and ignored for 15 minutes as staff members looked at us, but never sat us. It wasn’t until a larger group of 6 people walked into be seated also when a black male with dreads, we did not get his name, told everyone that they would not be seating anyone else and they were closing, before the posted time. As we were walking out, he told us that Shari's (Cafe and Pie) was open. Staying in the hotel, we are not local, but after that treatment, even if I was local, I would bypass this Denny’s completely and do as the employee says, take your money down to Shari's Cafe and Pie. This is a place that respects it’s customers and deserves you money more.

Picked my to go order up in the time they said it would be ready. Everything was cold, hashbrowns were soggy and not crisp. Country fried steak was bland. Won't be ordering again. Very disappointing.

Great customer Service. Good food, like most Dennys. But Hermiston Dennys has the absolute best grilled jalapeños. We always order nachos with grilled jalapeños because they're so good

Drove 2 hours and got to the restaurant around 10: 30 pm waited 10 minutes before someone talked to me when I was told they weren’t seating people because they were closing soon. So I asked if I could get a to go order when the waitress rolled her eyes went to ask. She came back and looked at me and said “ what do you want”. I said can I please have a menu? She was very rude and we did not get any napkins or silverware with out to go order. Very disappointed with wait staff. Won’t be back

Had a great waitress. Brought our meals as we had ordered, and brought all the extras we wanted as well. Came to fill our waters, teas, and milks several times with out us asking! The late night meals were predictable Dennys menu items and the steaks were cooked to our order. Great prices, and quick service. Its easy.

Hadn't been to Denny's in quite some time. I was very impressed with the service and steak.mom and I had the salmon (over seasoned) all and all a nice experience!

It's Denny's. The food wasn't the best. I got what seemed to be a chicken strip with the tiniest amount of honey glaze on it in a tiny bun. My husband's burger was good though.

Came at 8: 30 am, the coffee was burnt. Asked for banana pancakes and they brought over plain, the bacon was cold, the eggs were over easy and I asked for over medium. The staff was very friendly so I’m giving it two stars because the food wasn’t great.

Only thing open late locally on Sunday and was great. Food was good at a reasonable price and our service was superb! Thanks girls and guys

I called over 8 times and no answer called again they answered put me on hold and kept me on there for 10 mins I hung up tried calling again and the phones were off. Literally had to go in person make a order wait another 20 mins for them to mess up my order I literally waited a hr to eat I just wanted some denny's didn't know it took that much to get it

I came in about 8: 45 pm for dinner. It was not busy, it was about 7 minutes before I was greeted and sat down with a menu. Eight minutes before a waitress came by and took my order of pot roast and a milk, ten minutes later I was served without a napkin or utensils or my drink.
Pot roast was overcooked and salty, it didn’t taste very good.
I don’t blame my waitress, I blame the corporate office for allowing this. Are you listening?
