Denture Art Clinic, Portland OR

The denturist here is quite rude. Made a few comments to me that were totally out of line of what a health care “professional” should say. They are there to help the people who come through get to a better spot but she believed it was better to put me down and basically say she couldn’t help me so I should leave. I don’t care what a person had going on in their personal life, they have taken an oath to help people and like any other job they should be welcoming but it was like I was bothering her. And it was NOT clean cobwebs from the ceiling to the room deviders and the floors were so dusty and the exam chair was even gross looking. This is definitely NOT a place I would return to.

This is my original review after three visits. My updated one after the fourth will explain the dramatic change in my review.

Change to my review from 4 star to 1 would be 0 if I could! The receptionist was nice up until she met my husband in person and decided she liked what she saw and began to mug me every chance she got as well as act inconvenienced by my existence. My husband is yes a more attractive buffer man. It was not until he was sitting waiting for my father in law that she decided to get off Facebook and call gnc ask for supplements and stare at him. My husband left because he felt very uncomfortable by this. I then asked where the bathroom was and was treated as if my existence. I was quickly and in a very snooty way was told they don’t have a bathroom for the public because they keep the chemicals in there this place is a medical office that deals with elderly patients mainly but has no bathrooms or wheel chair ramp? Save your sanity and go else where!

I loved this place! The team was knowledgeable and answered all my question plus some. The procedure was quick and painless. Im definitely coming back. Thx again!

So far, really unimpressed with the customer service. We're literally paying over $2000 out of our own pockets and she's treated us like a nuisance. We had to reschedule my fiance's appointment due to car troubles and she basically ridiculed me for it. Definitely going to have a chat with our dentist about using this referral in the future.

Denturist was absolutely rude, unprofessional and almost mean.
I walked out within 3 minute, aftet a 35 minute wait. If I could give negative stars I would, but you have to give one to review.

Extremely poor direction to location and actual building not in the street view picture. Incredibly difficult to find. Other than that things were great.

Horrible, unprofessional!
The doctor is not professional! Does not wash her hands! Clinic is dirty!
Makes up prices from the top of her head!
Would not recommend for anyone to come here.

Most shocking was that Doctor sits talking on her cell phone discussing personal matters during her appointments.
