I’m only giving a one star review because my waiter was horrible! Horacio 10032 ignored me and I tried to get his attention several times. He wouldn’t even look my direction to see if I needed anything the entire time I was seated. He offered others near me water when they ordered and didn’t offer me water. He was very unfriendly when I finally got his attention and paid my bill. I can honestly say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I hope this review makes it back to him because he needs to do better!

The ordering system is somewhat confusing. There are QR scanners on the tables but when I was about to finish my order on the phone a server appeared and offered to take my order.
Beer and food came quick. Too quickly. It was less than 2 minutes from order to delivery of my burger and it was cold which leads me to believe it was something “dead” in the window that the cook “sold. ”
The server even commented that it came out “way too fast” You can tell how quick it came from my photo of a completely untouched beer and food at the same time!
The potato chips tasted like fish which my guessing they are cooked in the same oil as the fish and chips. Also cold. Only ate a couple as I couldn’t shake the fishy taste.

All in all, it was *fine* but even in an airport I would expect hot fresh cooked food for $18.

Omg, whoever is overseeing the food venues in the airport needs to retire. The scan menu order system was not working and one person on the floor for about 200 ppl. Place was dirty as no one was cleaning tables.

This breakfast was delicious and has potential to be the best in the terminal D. The service was quick and staff was very friendly. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there are better valued meals in the airport. If you are in a hurry and need a bite to eat then this might be your best option in terminal D. Over I’m happy with my meal although I wish I would have had more tots or two pieces of bread.

Edit: The server explained to me that they have someone here after 1000. I just always fly out early so I haven't ever seen them before.

I came here to support local but man you all really need to get someone on the coffee bar.

They never have coffee. And when they do, you have to wait forever for someone to come over and handle it for you.
Staff is always so busy managing the bar and cooking that they never have time to just checkout a drink.

Deschutes, please make an improvement.

From on-site this looked like a good spot to eat while waiting for a delayed flight. However, this was one of the worst Airport food experiences I have ever experienced. This review is solely for the service as we had to walk out prior to the food as I was scared for my safety. Omar the server is very hostile, sarcastic and negative. He took out his aggressions on 3 older women and made us feel uncomfortable enough to walk out. I am unsure how this great brand of a brewery would employ someone so toxic. If you want to be treated like a human, do not go here.

DESTROYER DRINKS

I got the million dollar old fashioned ($19) here and appreciated how heavy-handed the bartender was. It was perfect for a long flight with intention to nap.

Food is fair here and nothing special. At least not the BLTA or fries.

Definitely order through a server. I ordered through the QR code and it said they were out of schnitzel. Turns out they had plenty….

I ordered the mac and cheese and several beers. My server CeCe was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and friendly I highly recommend this spot. She has a great sense of humor too, lots of laughs (:

Sooooo RUDE! You would think with the amount of diversity of people traveling they might be a little nice and friendly willing to share their beer and PNW knowledge. I do get they are busy. They ignore people and are in such a rush like they are running for a plane. BOOOOOO!

Stopped here for breakfast and ordered the french toast to go. They advertised it to have a blueberry compote & when I opened the box after getting to my gate there was no blueberry compote, no syrup and the French toast was not Cooked all the way… it was very soggy! Disappointed I spent $15 on this meal. Couldn’t even eat it! Don’t wast your money here.

This was truly the worst airport food we’ve ever had. I love the deschutes brewery in downtown portland. This can’t be related! Turkey Reuben was a joke with 2 very thin slices of meat and a ton of wet soggy slaw on soggy bread. The chicken schnitzel was very greasy. Oh. And it took forever. Don’t go. Sorry

Surprised by some of the lower reviews- both times I’ve been here have been fantastic. Beer is solid and pretzels are excellent. We’ll be back.

The fish and chips for probably the best of the three items we ordered. The fish was crispy and the potatoes were not soggy. The cheese flatbread was unremarkable and the Reuben was terrible. There are better dining options in the airport. There was a lot of seating available and huge line across the way at the burger place. I wouldn’t eat here again unless I was in a real hurry and couldn’t wait somewhere else. Our total was $72. Not worth it.

Omar was the best ever! His service was worth more than 100 stars! I'll be coming back again just for Omar! And the gluten free burgers

Food was average but Tanya was great. Very friendly and quick, enjoyed having her as our bartender.

Ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich. Tasty green mix and dressing, but chicken was way overcooked. Crusty, dark brown, dry and inedible. I chased down the waiter, Horacio who was irritated with my interruption and said he could order a replacement, but it would be awhile because there were so many ahead of me.we have a plane to catch, so I asked foe a refund which he processed quickly, but so apologies or acknowledgement of the poor quality of the food.
