Dev nw.was recommended to me by many state and local representatives as a group that would help a challenged person with home mortgage assistance applications.they are not qualified to handle challenged individuals.admited that they dropped the ball in assisting me.was recommended to the head of their organization to resolve the issues.he apologized for their not being trained to handle challenged individuals.said they would help us with a resolution but then just quit answering the phone.quit communication with me then said he didn't offer a resolution
