6 Really needed aid and was approved In February. Told that my card would be mailed out.now I’m sitting in their parking lot in April trying to pick one up and they won’t have them ready for a half an hour. Would I like to wait? Considering it took me a week to make the time to get here and a 45 min drive to arrive, I sort of have no choice.
Why would you not mail the card when aid was approved. We didn’t sign up doe aid because we didn’t need it.
They were very helpful and took care of my medical and food assistance needs. And was very professional and thorough.
Very helpful people and lots of responsible distancing and safety/cleanliness measures in place.
There was two people ahead of me so I had a little bit of a wait but not much I was in and out and all my business was taken care of.
Quick moving line and great customer service or whatever u call it they have great people skills
