DHS Klamath Falls reviews
9They are the worst office! Social Workers at this office harassed people! I had a family member in the hospital they went into her room and harassed her! Her blood pressure got up and good thing they got kicked out of the hospital! This is not okay! Erika Hernandez was one of them!
My second time there, I did not even have to wait in line! Beautiful building! My worker was nice, and professional.
I went into the dhs office this morning to turn in paperwork and I had a couple questions about turning I'm my check stubs and what not well I pulled a number and waited to get called and I didn't wait long at all and not to many people were there waiting as well. When I got called MONICA helped me and I must say she is an amazing employee and should win employee of the month if they do that here. She had so much patience with me and the questions I had about housing too. She gave me some feedback and gave me a couple housing places to go to and she was the most kindest person who has alot of compassion for these people here and she doesn't make you feel like your a nobody or that what you need is inconvenient for her. She's the sweetest. And I was paying attention to other employees there and I was watching one lady helping someone and she just had the ugliest attitude and facial expressions. I got the vibe like she felt better than and hey I might be wrong but she did her little eye rolling as well and that's not professional at all and if she has issues with working with people then maybe she shouldn't have this type of job! I dislike those type of people.if you need help and someone who is the sweetest then ask to see MONICA! I hope she sees this and it makes her smile because you made me smile! Thank you again!
Very compassionate people here! They walk you through everything and make the process simple. The new building is beautiful and spotlessly clean. A true public service facility!
I’ve left constant voicemails about two kids playing with real guns and crying for hours nonstop at 1918 OGDEN STREET but it’s still “under investigation”!
Tried to get a fishing license for my special needs son and even though he is and has been with connections since he was ten. They said he couldn't have one because he wasn't in their special group. I'm sorry but it shouldn't matter he's still special needs
New building is a waste of tax dollars only a few of the staff can do anything, the rest are there to smile and wave.
A very nice new building. Lots of space and workers.
The wait gets long sometimes but most of the time it's not bad.
Helpful people, depending on individual's reason for being there. The SNAP office doesn't seem to really get TOO busy and the employees are able to help people in a decent matter of time.
