5This place takes absolutely forever. I had a phone appointment a week ago and no one ever called me.my food stamps then expired without warning. Then they kept pushing back my scheduled appointment several times! Absolutely ridiculous.
They don't answer the phone well, I usually have to call multiple times to be answered and they don't reply to voice-mails that I've left. The services provided are helpful for the community
This place is always busy you have to stand in line forever and the employees spend more time talking to one another than they do helping clients, very disappointed with this place and its service. It's extremely difficult to get ahold of my case manager or anybody to talk to you in person
Be aware for in home care workers it can take upto 2 months to get up and running fyi
