Not to sure with what's going on at diamonds I had a real bad experience with my mom at this shop we wanted to use points that we built up and we were told we pick the days that we can use them not to helpful if you ask me long time shoppers here now both of us have quit and moved on we have always treated your guys staff with respect and kindness but both of us have been disrespected more then once.

Diamond used to be my go-to but it's hard to shop on-line when Diamond no longer puts THC/CBD content on their products? Can't shop on-line if you don't know what you are getting! I wrote them an email, they did NOT answer?

Twice a year we stop in Grants Pass to get a CBD cream here that they don't sell in CA. However, this time I feel very taken advantage of by Diamond Cannibis with their senior discount. Unlike everywhere else I shop, they give you a discount on only one product. However, they don't tell you before you make your purchase. I will now try to find my product at another dispensory.

I was looking for clones and called around to a few different dispensaries but none but Diamond had any. When I went in, they had a large selection of different strains and all were in excellent condition and cheaper than any other place I checked. On top of that, the (very attractive) employee that helped me showed me the rest of their products and I bought a few other items. All were great quality and priced under what was expected. I will definitely go back to this place for cannabis needs

Good selection and prices, friendly service. I would give 5 stars but they smash all of their flower in tight baggies, so it kind of ruins the bud, especially if you want top shelf.

May 2023. No Wana brand but Drops will do. Suzzana was efficient and helpful. I love this shop!

Aug 2022 Update. Wana is back on the shelf. Jose was super helpful and efficient.

Update: they don’t currently carry my brand but Ariel and Rain were extremely helpful in finding an alternative and explaining why they don’t currently have Wana. Still a very clean and upbeat store.

I called ahead to see if they had my flavor, they did. Upon arrival I was greeted as I entered. The shop is clean, spacious, beautifully lit with sunshine coming in through the big windows. Adam was my budtender. He was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I will definitely make this my home dispensary. I had been avoiding it since I moved here a year ago, falsely telling myself that it was probably more expensive because it was in the downtown area. The products I purchased were less expensive and had a fresher expiration date than the other shop I purchased from. Thank you Diamond!

My son and I share the same number but I was pleased with my service today. Commented on my nails, informative about the disposable dab pens, and helpful with the dabs I did buy. I will be back for the pen for my reno trip
