I just bought a Ford Escape PHEV this past weekend. I worked with many on the team, but was guided by TJ through the sales process. He and the whole team were great. The service was fine. Everything went as it should. A rental car was provided as promised. My issue was the hard up-sell for an oil change that I didn’t need. If Ford has put an intelligent oil change system in the vehicle, then I don’t need an oil change at 5000 mile intervals but when the car tells me I need one. Of course Suburban Ford knows that. They were just padding the transaction, probably because the service agents get a commission or a bonus for up-selling. Regardless of the reason, it’s deceptive and I doubt I’ll return.

Service department did a fantastic job here. I don't live in sandy but had to come here because Gresham ford was incompetent on multiple occasions.

I love my new Ranger. It rides smooth, and has plenty of power. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
