15I just bought a Ford Escape PHEV this past weekend. I worked with many on the team, but was guided by TJ through the sales process. He and the whole team were great. The service was fine. Everything went as it should. A rental car was provided as promised. My issue was the hard up-sell for an oil change that I didn’t need. If Ford has put an intelligent oil change system in the vehicle, then I don’t need an oil change at 5000 mile intervals but when the car tells me I need one. Of course Suburban Ford knows that. They were just padding the transaction, probably because the service agents get a commission or a bonus for up-selling. Regardless of the reason, it’s deceptive and I doubt I’ll return.
Service department did a fantastic job here. I don't live in sandy but had to come here because Gresham ford was incompetent on multiple occasions.

I shopped around at multiple different Ford dealerships and Suburban Ford was by far the best experience. Dave was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me as I went through my first car buying process. They were not pushy and so I did not feel like I was getting slighted on my deal as I did at some other dealerships. They were willing to work with my budget and get me the Ford Bronco Sport that I wanted! I would recommend them it to anyone!

I ordered a Ford Ranger from this dealership because they had the best deals. Supply chain issues made production take 9 months. Suburban Ford was with me through the entire process. They answered all of my questions, and were patient with me. The sales team walked me through the set up of my truck when I went to pick it up. My face hurt from smiling so much. I love my new Ranger. It rides smooth, and has plenty of power. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
