The golf expert was a kid that might have been 17 and said he had about a week in the department. Absolutely clueless to his job. Just ordered 2900 dollars of golf clubs and accessories online because of that.

Very nice well organized sporting goods & workout store. Rhianon did an excellent job on our return. She was very friendly & helpful. We walked around the store & bought some other workout clothes. The store was neat & tidy. I would shop again here as they have a good selection of workout clothes & sporting goods. Whatever sport you do give them a try!

I just went in there at 2: 00pm on a Wednesday. Was looking for some shoes and I'm sorry for misspelling it. But Kayleigh helped me. Super great spirit. She deserves to be In management. How well she handled my questions and how good she was to problem solve and do what it took to make me happy. Always with a smile on her face. Thank you again. I will be back because of her

Honest review… I am a very fortunate person to have money through the pandemic. I went in for weights that attach to your legs. They could of sold me on a whole workout system if they even barely lifted a finger. BUT… I went in 20 minutes before closing. The mindset of every employee was at already closing. I’m fat so I was slightly intimidated to go in there in the first place, but I saw two fat gals working at the counter (I said “honest” review) so felt better. I had to wait for them to finish their personal conversation and then was just pointed in a direction one thought it MIGHT be. I roamed for ten minutes. Multiple employees passed by. I also have bright red hair and you can’t miss me. No one made even made eye contact. I waited for a few more minutes. Still no help. As I reached the door to leave, the only other thing an employee said to me was “I like your shirt *giggle*”—my shirt had a pot leaf on it ‍️ I’m not trying to be a Karen, but I hope the Manager of this store sees this review.

Sales people were friendly and helpful. No prices on shelves or merchandise, so that was a little annoying.

Went shopping twice this week, ad signs are always been in the wrong place. Talked to the assistant manager and he didn’t care at all.
His customer service was very poor. He didn’t want to make me happy at all. He told me that it is not his problem that the signs are in the wrong place. The cashier was very friendly and tried to help but could not. After a longtime customer I will not shop at that location again. My shopping experience was on 4-14-2021

I was at the Gresham store today and asked for help with bikes and the kid that helped me knew absolutely nothing about the bikes and couldn't answer my questions. Poor customer service

You can tell that the store is ran like a big joke. I was sold three different items on three different occasions that still had the safety tags on them. The first time the (rude) manager told me to bring it back, then threw her new employee under the bus and made fun of her.

I wouldn't want to work for this woman either. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I knocked off one star only because their shoe inventory is a little low right now. I'm sure that will change once the pandemic is over. Otherwise the store is clean, bright, has some good clearance racks and friendly staff.

Customer service has really gone down. Visited the shoe department and the guy was just hanging out with the other girl employee not worrying about the customers. Need to hire better quality employees.

Helpful and friendly, they don't carry what I was looking for so they suggested where I might find what I was looking for. That's good customer service. I know good customer service having been in retail for 45 years.

Didn't have anything I was looking for. Discontinued stocking regular firearm accessories.

Kyle helped my bore-sight my scope for hunting season and was super helpful. I had a bad experience at another sporting goods store and he was able to correct their mistakes! I am glad at least one store is still doing this and knows how to do it!

The guy working sporting goods in the fishing section is zero help at all. I noticed he was talking to another guy answering all his questions but once I asked him a question he kinda just blew it off and said I got to get back to work. Excuse me your job is customer service. So you talking to me is your job. I wont be spending no more money here. Go to sportsman's or coastal
