Why does this place exist? ! If I didnt want service I would buy on the River. Manager walked right past us twice. Very disappointed.

This store has always had everything we've needed for the various sports our kiddos play. We've always had phenomenal customer service, everyone has always been really helpful and kind.

Love the store. This one really doesn’t have the shoe selection as others though. Like they don’t have any vapors even or many Jordan’s either. I hate to have togo to Hillsboro were they have better selection on shoes.

Nothing great. I go into looking for a just plain cotton style long sleeve shirt. Nothing there. Ive found like alot of stores.men's fashion is very limited in style and selection.

Wish they would put the same effort in men's clothing as they do men.but double standard still exist in 2022

Buying shoes here was so difficult and time consuming. You have to use a scanner to ask for help that just never comes. Seriously I would spend money here if I could ever get any product to spend money on. System sucks going to foot locker.

Found a pair of shoes I need on their website. They said they had one pair left so I hurried down to pick them up. I couldn't find them and when I asked for help the guy just said "we wouldn't have them in the back, what's out is what you get".

Went in the shoe department and they have a computer that you tell what you want and they bring it out. I would have shopped online if I knew what I wanted. I went up front and asked for a Han to help me and they said they would get someone there. She seemed annoyed I needed human help. Won't be going there again. I can get better help online.

Great, even though there were a lot of people inside, the employees were kind and helpful. Chris answered questions with a smile.

Went to buy golf shoes, the employees were just practicing putting ignoring me. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Nice clean store. Out of a lot of things, but everyone is. Staff was friendly and helpful.

All around it's a pretty good store when it comes to sports except for extreme sports but outside of that I got an okay close election and half the people that work there okie dokie in their own world android half the people that work there are buried in your a****** the whole time you're there and they want to know what color your colon is

Ian helped me today with a work out bench. He even helped me put it in my car. THAT'S customer service!

Good store to get your outdoor items. They are a little expensive on some things but overall not too bad.

Not a bad store but I just found it weird that I just spent $150 for running shoes and went looking for Softballs and they were following me around. I guess matter what if you do t look a certain way they look down on you.

Went today to look at shoes. 4 employees in the shoe area saw and ignored me. I left with no shoes and will not be backs

They didn’t carry what I needed and that’s understandable but workers had no social skills, and just talked to themselves
