We cannot thank Dill Ward enough after working with her on the sale of our home in Portland, Oregon. We had purchased our new home and moved. Dill and her Team came in and cleaned up our old home (and there was a ton to clear out, haul away, and clean inside and out), completed previously unfinished remodeling projects, and staged the home to perfection. The home sold the 1st week in a market that had just raised interest rates to over 7.5%. Seriously, the home looked so good, we didn’t recognize it.
