Ding Tea PSU, Portland OR

The tapioca core remains hard and the surrounding area is too soft and not tasty. The taste of milk tea was also average.

It was the best experience I had good here I got off of work and went straight here and headed back home and drank the tea I do recommend going here before they close for the day and get some tea

I got the yogurt magazine with coconut jelly.it was horrible. Tasted like perfume. Couldn't even drink it. I will try the Thai tea next time. Was my first time there.they didn't walk me through the process.after I ordered I read the board more independent and saw the process. There are three things.you order what you want.how sweet you want it and then how much ice you want. None of that was asked. But she did ask if I wanted Boba or jelly.things that raise the price. Wish that hadn't of been asked or the jelly been explained.don't get the jelly especially not the coconut.literally tastes like rose perfume.

Both the time I ordered ahead and in store the staff was helpful, friendly, and fairly fast! If your close by to the psu campus I definitely recommend this place

Monster boba latté was good, and tailored nicely to personal taste.
Ham & cheese and Original (custard filled) taiyaki (fish stamped waffle sandwich) were really tasty, with a beautiful, pastry-like texture.
Spam musubi was decent, with good amount of eel sauce.
Window seating, and vending machines of candy, ramen, drinks etc.towards rear.

Ordered my usual passion fruit green tea with boba. Boba was cooked well, but the tea tasted a bit off compared to other Ding Tea's I've had.

Shoutout to the staff for taking my order with smiles with a few min before they closed.

Ordered strawberry yogurt, but more than two thirds of them are ice. There wasn’t a lot of the actual drink. Just ice.

Love Ding Tea! I always order either the Taro or the Matcha. They run out of boba sometimes but it’s fine. The servers are nice.

Cute place, with also vending machines for some reason? I got strawberry yakult! Decent prices and a nice area to chill with friends.

Unfortunately the drink didn't look like the photo shown for the strawberry honey sweet. The one in the photo had more fruit and what appears to be some sort of foam on top. For how much the drink cost, I was hoping for more.

If items are served a certain way or have a size they come in then please communicate that with your customers.

Whomever rang me up would let me put in my # for points or even areceipt. Didn't ask a size and immediately charged for a larger size than I wanted. She was super short and for someone like me who had social anxiety, it makes it hard to support this establishment if thats how the workers are trained to treat customers.

Oolong Monster Boba and classic milk tea we're very good! Next time we will try the taiyaki!

Great atmosphere and snacks! It's cool that they have merch and a vending machine, and a lot of flavors and have boba in stock!

Nice but their matcha can be a better quality had sugar already in it …. Otherwise nice customers service

Parking OK. They don't carry the smashed taro like other locations. Seating is stools, So not an ideal location to study. Not much room to sit. Employees were nice

I ordered a cup of hot milk tea in the store today
The staff gave me a iced milk tea and I told him I ordered is hot milk tea
He said you didn't say hot and He had a very bad attitude and helped me make another cup
After leaving, I drank this hot milk tea which is very disgusting and taste really bad
It's not the same as our usual hot milk tea and I paid $5.50 for hot milk tea made by the really bad staff

Never come again

Would not recommend coming here! Horrible customer service, the employees are rude. Also the drinks are mediocre, definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed: (
