Dirty Dog Grooming, Florence OR

Lady that took us in was nice but I felt was dishonest abou the price. I was told $54 for a German shepherd. I already mentioned her weight 45lbs and then was told $81 but all was not completed. Not very happy

We were very happy with the grooming. The best part was our dog was not traumatized with a new groomer!

I very rarely, comment publicly like this, on anything anymore. But when it is warranted, I have to make an exception, to even my own personal rule about that. Lisa and her staff went way beyond what would be considered "outstanding service" for me and my dog today. The first morning back to work even.after a major holiday. We were/are a first time customer and most likely won't even be able to be a return customer. That didn't matter. Lisa and her staff moved a few things around.and "made it happen" without breaking any rules or regulations, whether personal or "official law. " And then, on top of that, as well as few other professional courtesies that they went above and beyond to provide. Gave my best friend and buddy, my dog Veah, the best grooming job she has had in her 8 years of life. All in under 2 hours, the morning after a Major holiday. Not one single "eye roll". Or " side ways glance back at her staff". NOTHING. Outstanding service from outstanding professionals at the very top levels of what they do as small business owners. 1501 stars and much respect! My dog has never had her nails done before and she is 8. The beginner made her feel safe before she started trimming her nails. Was a great experience for all!
