I highly highly recommend discount computers! The people here are absolutely amazing, my husband and I have bought multiple laptops from them and have loved them. Recently got a custom gaming PC made for my husband, they were extremely fast and got everything we wanted and more.

Rob, the owner, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took just one day to get a custom built gaming computer up and running after some pretty knowledgeable people were not able to. Definitely will use again and highly recommend!

The product did not meet expectations. I shopped here in 2021 for a gaming laptop and walked out with what I thought was a $300 deal. It kept crashing because it came with a modified version of Windows 10 but the thing was made in like 2013. I guess it was my fault for wanting to play Skyrim on a potato. Still, you should have told me it was not capable of running any modern game even though it was advertised as a "gaming laptop. " I still rated 2/5 because the guy is friendly. I don't recommend you shop here if you want a quality product.

Great little store. Lots of parts, selection of refurbished computers, repairs computers, resolves your computer problems, reasonable prices. Happy to answer questions and more. No kidding! Great place to take your computer w/fast svs. Four years dealing with this store.

Rob is so nice it is sad to write this review, but...
after 7 tries he was not able to get a computer to run photoshop. The best I can understand is that his method of creating a stable computer turns off updates, adobe needs updates. So day one he should have said he can't make a computer work with adobe.
Ultimately I got some of my money back after negotiating his $250 return fee.
His assistant is downright rude, I tried to call to make arrangements, she did not listen to my needs and had me twice arrive to a closed store, once I was hung up on by her.
To conclude, I think he does help people with cheap computers who want to surf YouTube, but he absolutely cannot make a computer to work with adobe products.
He's a nice guy but it was me who finished last, 8 trips from Northern CA to never get a working computer and have to pay him $250 to learn that his process does not work for adobe. After finally getting out of there on friendly terms, I'm home and still feel ripped off.
My specification was that it would work with my Adobe subscription. You failed 7 times to make a computer that worked with modern Adobe products. I said I had 100gig folders, you put a 256 gig hard drive in. I sent the specs for a gpu and you installed the bare minimum that adobe tech said would work but barely. First trip you didn't even look up the specs I sent, from Adobe. Rob did not listen and did not succeed in making a computer to run Adobe. Seven tries, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fail.

Gentleman running the shop is nice and knowledgeable about computers. As well as the prices are fair I got a good laptop for $250.00 came with a year warranty. Best deal I've gotten in a long time.

This afternoon I had to stop by a business in the same parking lot as Discount Computers. The parking lot was full, as I proceeded to park In “Discount Computers”parking space the owner/employee stood at his business door, and said I could not park there, and I am trespassing. He was very unprofessional & rude. I work with many Businesses and Business owners in this community. I will never refer anyone to you or your business. Just a thought you may want to relocate your business someday to a different location-Better parking-Not sharing a parking lot with 12 spots for 4 businesses FYI!

Very impressed with the level of service and kindness Rob showed me today. Can't wait to bring my computer in to have him work on it.

Absolutely tragic had two friends buy a pc and a laptop from this guy a while back and he for some reason always installs Avast onto his pcs. They can't uninstall it now completely due to background files being stuck in there. Save yourself the time and money and just buy from a store. It maybe cheap but in the long run you will be screwed. DON'T INSTALL FREE ANTISOFTWARE PEOPLE. If you do buy a pc from this guy do not let him install Avast onto it. Also sells you old low end office computers with no graphics cards and advertises them as gameing computers.

I took my computer in March at 27th at11: 00 A. M.
They cleaned it out and installed Windows 11.
It was ready for pick up in less then 4 hours.
I would recommend this company to others.

Won't go anywhere else, Rob has serviced my computers for well over a decade, and never once have I ever had any issues, their prices and services are hands down the best in the area. Keep up the amazing work!
