I made a mistake and purchased the wrong size tires. They were able to order the correct size and have them installed on my aftermarket wheels in a very timely manner they also used foam when mounting and balancing the new wheels to avoid scratches. Top notch service and quality.

I had an issue with my new tires and came in pretty frustrated. James didn't bat an eye and fixed the issue without hesitation and with the exact solution I wanted. I couldn't be more happy.

The wait times are a little bit long these days due to do winter tire change overs so be sure to show up early, or better yet call for an appointment.

The other reason I went with discount tire is that the prices for the tires were comparable to costco — and I like how I can go to any discount tire for help in a pinch.

We bought 4 new 5th tires rated for 110lb.pressure. Two were returned with the metal valve stems. The second two were mounted with rubber valve stems that are not rated for 110 lbs. When we called them about this they told us that the rubber ones would work and they didn’t have any metal valve stems! Had to take them to a completely different business to get the right ones installed! The Oregon city discount tire leaves a lot to be desired for customer service! Very disappointed!

Jim and team did a great job taking care of me in a pinch, and helped me in a pinch with a repair instead of replacement.

Great tires at a great value. Better than Les Schwab IMO- always willing to work with you so you drive off safely without breaking the bank. My go-to tire center.

We recently had all 4 tires replaced on our adventure van and after picking up the rig, we drove into town. Within 10 miles we had somehow driven over something that punctured both passenger tires.

After a 2 hour wait for a flatbed we finally arrived back at Discount Tires only to find they had closed.

We spied an open door in the back and I found James cleaning up after the work day.

I explained the situation to him and he immediately opened a bay back up and replaced both tires for us on the spot.

James, I can't thank you enough for the service that day. We already knew you guys were Stellar, but now you are Interstellar!

So im not actually posting a review as a customer as my review isn't necessarily about services I paid for but rather the way their staff treated us. We were outside working on a truck with suspension issues, I had walked in to their shop to ask if I could borrow a specific size wrench I didn't actually have on hand, half expected to get some kind of run around but speaking with Brooklyn she was exceptionally courteous, polite and offered us some much appreciated help all with a smile that didn't seem to waver in the slightest, went back to working on the truck and had a down period where my brother in law borrowed my vehicle for a parts run.sitting out in the sun waiting on parts to wrap up when Jim had approached, mentioning they had AC inside and didn't mind if we needed to cool off whilst he was pulling information on one of their customers vehicles. I don't really do business with discount tires but will readily admit I was impressed with how friendly and polite their front desk was all whilst remaining professional. If I were to do business with discount tire I don't think I'd consider any other location

I brought in an older vehicle with bad wheels. They attempted to put tires on for me, but after a few days they went flat due to corrosion on the wheels. Well I called and explained the situation and they came up with a plan for new wheels and tires. They did an awesome job and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks!

Missed my 3: 45 appt showed up at 5: 50 right before closing. They got me in anyways and got new tires on the truck. Killer service and friendly employees. Give these boys a cold beer and a nice raise. Highly recommend this location.

I usually go to a different location (which is also top notch) but today I'm grateful for the friendly, convenient, reliable service in my home town. Definitely worth the wait time.
