Matt the owner of Discover Home Inspection LLC came out and did a home inspection on a manufactured home for my parents in Clatsop County that they were thinking of purchasing. First off he is personable and easy to talk to and work with. Second, his attention to detail with his presentation and report were outstanding. He is very thorough and our report was emailed to us with an abundance of detailed pictures (which I was impressed with) of the entire home the very next day.
