Diversified installed my heating and AC systems and has maintained them for the last three years. I have found them to be efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have seen several different technicians over the course of this period and they all seem to meet a high standard of professionalism. The office staff has been friendly and helpful as well.

Diversified Heating and Cooling (Don!) were very prompt in their response and helped me to problem solve a cellar ventilation issue. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Diversified! Don came out first- he was a wealth of knowledge about upgrading our old system and what would work best for our current house + our remodel and answered every question we had. He was even available after hours for some other random questions we had. Travis and his crew came out quickly after our first meeting for the install of our new heat pump and AC. They were on time and very professional. They got the job done quick, had everything set up and even cleaned up all while smiling and explaining different options/uses to us. We needed a maintenance call last night- we had Travis, Don and Dwane all helping to problem solve as quickly as possible to get our heat back up and running after their regular day was over. They were able to get us by over night until Dwane was able to get out in person and see what was going on. Dwane called on his way out, and showed up first thing to help get us back up and running. He was extremely knowledgable and respectful. He spent extra time searching for the problem and ordering the needed problems. He even changed our air filter! All around- great guys and would not go with any other HVAC company.

Jess and Diversified came highly recommended. We needed to replace our furnace and our previous maintenance vendor seemed only interested in up sells. Diversified was refreshingly different. We appreciated Jess’ thoroughness, expertise, transparency and respectful manner. She offered different options and helped us zero in on what new furnace system would meet our needs and make us most comfortable. Installation went flawlessly. We love our Trane system including the App that allows us to adjust temp on the fly!

Diversified Heating and Cooling came highly recommended and I agree that they are an excellent company to work with.   From start to finish they were professional, clean and conscientious.   When an issue arose with my heating system, I had the opportunity to work with Don.   Don worked closely with me, keeping me regularly updated and provided exceptional customer service.  He and his crew of technicians were respectful, efficient and communicative throughout every interaction.   I highly recommend Diversified for their work ethic, skills, customer service and integrity.

We had an older heat pump fail just before the holidays and got several bids for a replacement. Diversified were the only ones that were able (or maybe willing) to get it done before a month or two. They were also very good to work with and were even able to upgrade to a total duct replacement w/o a major effect on the schedule. Both Donnie and the install crew were good to work with. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

We had an annual service call for our furnace and an install of a blower for our gas fireplace insert. Cierra Jordan was our service technician. We were her last call at the end of a long day. Even so, she arrived ready to work, was friendly, professional and courteous. She was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, yet thoroughly to complete the job and spent the time needed at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the job and to answer any questions or address concerns we may have had. I hope she continues to be our service technician for many years to come.

Installation went great 2 years ago! We got the Mitsubishi Ductless system and part of the warranty is that it must be serviced every year. Unit was serviced last year with no problem. This year it was serviced (I had to skip a day of work to stay home and wait on the tech) and the blower did not come back on after the technician left (he did not test it properly, only checking to see if the unit was heating up). We wake up to a cold house and it takes another day for them to send the next guy. He comes out, tightens a screw, checks the blower and it all seems fine. However, at some point it stops blowing a couple of hours after he leaves. So we call them for "emergency" service at 8 PM. The earliest they can get to us is close to 4 PM the next day! 20 hours later? This is to CORRECT their error! The techs were all very nice guys, clean, professional, and seemed competent. The dispatcher is also pleasant and efficient. I have always heard good things about this company. I was going to leave a 5 star review on Monday until I discovered that our blower wasn't working. Then it became a 3 star due to the additional delay. Now it's a one star because I have missed 3 days of work waiting around for these guys to fix something that wasn't broken in the first place.

The technician, Cierra, was awesome! She was on-time and helped me walk through setting up scheduling on my thermostat. She reviewed all the work that she completed with me and I feel that I was taken care of. I also appreciate that Diversified proactively reached out to me to schedule an annual maintenance appointment. I definitely recommend Diversified.

Duane Oliver was recently here and did a great job installing a new filter system inside my house.

Installation took less than a day as we have a small 1500 square foot house. The guys arrived around nine a.m. And left around 4 p, m.after installing our new system. They removed the old electric heater and installed a new one with a heat-pump that will also function as an air conditioner in the hotter months. The new system works very well. Very nice friendly crew.

For years I haven't had heat in one of my bedrooms. Now that it's my office I wanted to get it fixed. Diversified was here on time, professional and made sure everything (including another duct) was connected. It's warm again. I love that they came on time and that they use texting to confirm the appt and to send a picture of the technician so I can be assured it was him

Great device with lots of great instruction on the workings of our very complex heating and cooling system. Cierra was enthusiastic and articulate in her presentation. We finished feeling that I had a much more thorough understanding of basic operation.

Cierra is always very professional and friendly! She has been servicing my AC, furnace and fireplace for the last two years since I moved in!

Due to a medical condition that my wife experienced in the last few days (Nose bleed that would not stop) we had to make a quick run to the Emergency room at the hospital just to get the bleeding stopped. While in there I had spoken to the nurse and ask if this was a frequent occurence or not, and she stated that due to the dryness of the air in Central Oregon they see quite a few of these cases. Given that information/suggestion, I immediately started a search for Whole House Humidifiers (did not want a portable unit). I solicited three different HVAC Contractors for a proposal to provide/install an AprilAire whole house steam humidifier and ultimately chose Diversified's proposal (they are also the firm that installed my original HVAC system in our new home), and I could not be happier with all the categories listed above. I was especially happy with the installation crew that was sent to do the work, they were prompt, very courteous and done an excellent job with the installation. I would highly recommend that if you have any HVAC related work that is needed, you should consider Diversified Heating & Cooling to do the work. They were professional from the Estimator to the workmen, and it is my guess that all their employees are most likely the same caliber.

Cierra did an excellent job with maintenance for our gas heater, AC and fireplace. We will personally ask for her next time.

I started using Diversified Heating & Cooling in 2008/2009 when we bought our house in La Pine, OR. They had performed the original installation in the house we purchased and their name was on the sticker on the air handler unit. So naturally when I wanted to have the system checked and serviced I called them. Their tech arrived on time, was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Since then they have performed all our maintenance and have bailed us out on one breakdown at the coldest time of the year.

So when I needed a heating system for my new shop I knew who to call. Donnie, one of their Sales engineers set an appointment, showed up early and we spec-ed out a mini-split system that more than filled my needs. He worked to coodinate the installation around the electrician's wiring of the structure and quoted me a price that was competitive and fair. He also offered financing options should we be interested.

When it came time for the installation of our new Mitsubishi mini-spit system, their team arrived early in the day and had it installed and running in just a couple hours. Raul finished up and explained operation of the system, routine self maintenence and made sure we were happy with the system before leaving.

I would definitely recommend Diversified Heating & Cooling to anyone I know who might be in the market for a home heating system.
