14I give them a 3 because the manager is very nice & professional. Can't say the same for the 2 cashiers who did my refund. Acting like I did something to them the minute I walked in & that was only the 2nd time I was in that store. They tried very hard (cashiers) to find a reason to deny my refund on my space heater even though I had my receipt.
The 2 best parts of this Ace Hardware are. #1 Heather, she is a fun person to interact with as I make my purchase. #2 is there fastener section. I always find what I need there. As far as anything else I may need. I find it at ace then go buy it at Bi-mart where it is much much cheaper. If they could compete with Bi-Mart. They might get more of my money
Lots of hardware and employees who are willing to help you. Wonderful stock and friendly service. Will be back again
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Big enough to be well stocked, small enough for quick, in and out shopping
Staff is friendly and it's convenient. Plenty of parking ground level access. Makes easy for those who have physical disabilities.
For a small store, they have anything you need to complete a project or to relax, and BBQ
easy in and out, friendly staff and they know thier products.
The staff are very helpful and store is decent. Paint turned out a TON better in color than the lily lavender that previously had Home Depot complete. There's turned out white, not purple! Thank you Ace. My mom will be very happy with the color!
We hoped they had the Dremel glass cutting disc and we were in lot they had to so we purchased both. We use them to cut this backsplash apart and disassemble it.
Helpful employees, I also think theft is low because they are always watching you. So in that case it makes it easy to get help when you need to find something
I like Ace hardware because they are so helpful. If I need something cut or a specific type of setup for my projects at hand, they seem to accommodate my needs.
Customer service at this location has been outstanding for 2+ years straight. I frequent here and I’ve never met such dedicated and kind people.
The staff is WONDERFUL! My sister and I went in and the staff was very accommodating to our request.
Love this place. An associate told me how to fix my toilet without making a purchase. Not many places are more concerned about you, then profit.
I keep forgetting Ace has alot of stuff in the store that I need also the staff here is very friendly. Just approach them and ask a question
