Dog Paw Daycare reviews
7A wonderful doggy daycare.caring employees, a clean well run establishment! My spoiled boy loves it there!
Dog Paw Daycare is overflowing with loving and supportive people who go above and beyond for the dogs under their care. Our Dog Willy loves coming here, he always gets so excited to see everyone! Willy has separation anxiety so when we brought him here two years ago there was some worries that he might not enjoy his time, luckily this was not the case. I highly recommend Dog paw for all pups. Sadly we are moving and only hope we can find someplace just as special at our new home. Thank you to everyone who worked here that allowed Willy to feel so safe, comfortable, and happy.
If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! The staff who did Rocky's evaluation were beyond amazing! They were friendly, professional and it's clear that they love dogs. The facility was so clean and super secure. I definitely feel like it's a safe place to leave my pup. They give each dog an evaluation before you can leave them for boarding. Word of mouth led me to book a stay and I'm so happy I found this wonderful company!
We have boarded our two dogs with Dog Paw a few times now and have had nothing but excellent experiences. During the last boarding, our golden retriever Flynn decided to eat one of his toys that we left with him and became very sick. The staff there was fast to act, informing us of him being sick and monitoring him. It unfortunately escalated to the point that he needed emergency services. Sakora and Justus did an amazing job comforting Flynn and keeping us informed every step of the way. Justus brought Flynn to the emergency vet and stayed with him until almost midnight, keeping us on the phone so we could talk with the doctor. Without the care that Dog Paw showed for Flynn, things could have been much worse. Thanks to Dog Paw, he is healthy and happy today! The team there also continued to check in with us, asking how Flynn was doing every day he was in the hospital as well as after he left. We could not have asked for better care! Your pups will be taken care of extremely well with Dog Paw, they truly treat their guests like their own pets and care very deeply.
All I have to say about this place and their staff is that they are 100% amazing. We've been bringing our Labradors here since they were puppies and they've been nothing short of amazing. They have the best interest at heart. Our pups come home happy, tired, and are excited to go back. They are so excited that we are chopped liver the second we pull up to the entrance. Look no further, this is the right place if you're looking for daycare!
We have enjoyed the excellent services of Dog Paw Daycare for many years now and highly recommend this business.
Our dogs are well cared for and always come home happy and content.
The facility is very clean and modern and obviously well managed
I am super disappointed in dog paw. I’ve been bringing my dog here for about 2 years and I’ve always been so happy with this place up until last week. A few hours after dropping my dog off at daycare I get a phone call saying that she’s been exhibiting some “fence reactivity” behaviors and that she is essentially being kicked out of daycare moving forward. Caught off guard, I assumed something really bad must have happened that morning. So when I asked for clarifying details I was told that there was no aggression, no fight, no altercation but that her reactions to specific dogs through the fence were too much for them to handle anymore. When I asked how long this had been going on they said about 6 months. THEY WENT 6 WHOLE MONTHS WITHOUT ALERTING ME OF THIS BEHAVIOR CHANGE. Incredibly irresponsible, dangerous, and just poor practice. Meanwhile they kept happily taking my dog and money every week. They even admitted that they failed to use their own report card policy in these types of situations. Over the years I’ve watched dog paw become less and less concerned with cleanliness and safety and more concerned about money and greed. I highly recommend not bringing your dog to this facility.
