11Worse dollar general it’s a mess you can’t find nothing it’s always in boxes it’s getting to be ridiculous it’s not even worth going into I rather go to Gold Hill Dollar General! The workers need to clean Rogue River store up lazy people work there!
This dollar General is the absolute worst store I have ever seen. The shelves were missing so many items and many of the isles were completely blocked with merchandise that needed to be put away. There was no way to get through several isles. The shelves were a total mess. There was only one lady working and she was very nice but the store needs ALOT of work. It was a DUMP and I didn't find anything on my list. I just wanted to get out of there and wash my hands. If I could give it less than a 1 star I would.
Good customer service, good selection, amd fair prices. Always worth taking a look at their merchandise.
I gave it a 3star for only one reason. The store is awesome but I always have to wait for 20 minutes or longer in line to checkout. If one person is stocking shelves and one cashier, the stocker won't come and help cashier when a big line has form. If the are informed of helping to cashier they won't come. If they do they come it's 5 to 10 minutes later with an attitude like were burdening them. Other than that I love you store. Your help sucks.
It's a okay store. The lines are usually long and slow. They should keep both registers going instead of just one.
Needs a little work on the isles more of a issue of to much no storage. But friendly staff made my night I kept buying speakers and just to see there beautiful faces and smiles.
It's okay for it's convenience. Not terribly expensive or always that cheap but very convenient and they have great customer service.
Good store. Clean but appears to be staffed to light. Did notice a " we are hiring" sign on the door tho.
Shelves can be depleted at times, but we live in odd times
Long lines and one cashier, and that one cashier talks to everyone for 5 to 10 minutes and ignores the other customers, the store is always dirty and unorganized, stuff pack on crates and boxes all over the place makes it hard to maneuver your basket around the store one box fell and hit me in the back. The employees don't know what they sale and what they don't sale.
This place is intense. The isles are super narrow and absolutely no room for social distancing or even having space. The lines are ridiculous In how long it takes to get through it. No thank you on this place.
I have never even left a review of a business, that i can recall, but the experience i just had in this rogue river dollar general was absolutely abhorrent.i have NEVER been treated so rudely as a customer and will NOT be coming back. I work in retail, i understand the struggles, but would NEVER be so boldly rude, gross, and downright disgusting to a customer trying to buy 1 item.
