Domino's Pizza, St Helens OR

Worst experience ever. Management does not care at all! Took almost 2 hours for a pizza, delivered cold, hassle when it's supposed to be "contactless" delivery! Plus long wait times on hold. Very frustrated with Domino's

Terrible customer service and lack of logical thinking. Live less than half a mile from the location and the time it said our order had left to when it arrived was over 40 min. Was told driver took two orders (this is where the common sense comes into play) so instead of bringing my order which was quite substantial on top of the 20% tip and obviously the closest considering how long it took them to bring my order I get mine second when asked why they’d deliver the furthest one first no logical explanation could be given. And don’t expect Caleb and Katie I believe there names were to be of any help. All in all dominos should screen better for employees that aren’t incompetent.

The pasta bowl servings are getting to be smaller and smaller. The bowls are now only about half full. A couple of years ago when we first ordered these items, the bowls were full. The bowl we ordered today barely covered the bottom of the container. We also ordered a Philly steak sandwich which was very short on meat. Service was great but very disappointed in the food items received.

This specific dominos closes at very random times. 7: 30 pm on a tuesday.and they do it often.but they never turn off their phones so people wait thinking they are open.

1) Your tracker section of the "Order Placed/ Preping your order/Order in the Oven/Quality Checking the order <- here is where the app FAILS/STALLS OUT / *Delivery. It really needs attention it's been this way for over 6 months.

2) If The tracker app worked correctly then the driver would have received a tip, so you cost your driver $$. Good job!

I’m not one to really complain.but anyways I ordered a cheese pizza with tomato’s online. I then less then a minute later call the store and say hey I want the tomato’s on the side.the manager kaylee I believe says we can do that, you have to order a whole new pizza.so what ever I ordered another pizza. My order arrives and they forgot the dang side of tomato’s. I know I know it’s just tomato’s. But I purchased a whole other pizza just to have fresh cold tomato’s.and when I call and say hey I want my money back because you charged me for another pizza with a side of tomato’s and I didn’t receive that. She says oh it was a misunderstanding sorry but you can’t have your money back nor will we bring you tomato’s. Sorry to vent but is this really what $15 and hour looks like?

Made my pizza wrong, made my pizza thin when wanted regular crust I asked for a sausage and bacon and they gave me a sausage and beef and there was no cheese on the pizzas at all and its hard and gross and wanted the pizza back in order to fix it what place asks for the food back

The garlic white sauce chicken pizza is great:) my favorite is red sauce ham and pineapple. Sooo good:). A couple years ago they had a few months where the red sauce was awful to me but they changed something because it’s amazing now! We go all the time:)

Better than most Dominos
They have gotten much better about cross contamination on GF pizza. We have people with Celiac disease which means no wheat! Or they get really ill
So having done correctly, fast and reasonably prIced is nice.

Honestly for a Dominos, it’s good. Staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and the pizza is always hot. One of the best go to for pizza in a town full of pizza restaurants.

Great Service. Delicious Food. Love this location. Have mishaps every so often but not enough to keep from eating there.

This whole “contact less” is only true if I don’t have to return anything to you after contacting it. Leaving my food on the ground for me to pick up and take inside and then asking me to also sign a receipt really only makes it so I am doing the job you are paid to do.

Always great timely service, friendly staff and highly recommend. Caleb and crew are always on, great pizza.

Just had the worst experience with this location. Our order was a total waste of money and we most definitely will not be spending here again. We ordered a three topping pizza and received cheese only. The pasta primavera was missing tomatoes, dry, and almost burnt, and the manager had no interest in making it right.

My chicken parm sandwich came without the red sauce. I was hungry so I ate some of it anyway. It was dry and did not taste good. Afterward I was not happy with the experience and I called the store, who immediately put the manager on the phone, who did not care whatsoever, because I had eaten part of the sandwich and therefore he would not remake the sandwich or offer a coupon or do anything for me at all, saying his "insurance" wouldn't cover it. It was a sandwich ordered the regular way, with no substitutions, so there is no reason for it to be made without the sauce. It was disgusting and I am baffled why they wouldn't own up to their mistake. All they needed to do was talk to the person who made the sandwich incorrectly, "Caleb, " have him confess to forgetting the red sauce, and credit my acct with a sandwich. I've ordered from this store for a DECADE and never once complained. Now I'm really upset about this.

Always very friendly customer service. But the pizzas tend to look thrown together.
Ive a had a number of times that i order extra on a given topping and it seems like there hardly a normal amount of it.

That said, the pizza always tastes awesome!

I love pizza, so I expect a good pizza. The workers are cool and the pizza is always 10/10. No complaints from me. Keep up the good work!

I don't know what they have done to there Pizza crust in the last 6/Months It absorbs the greese and drips like a wet sponge I will never eat on of there Pizzas Again. I called them and they offered to make me an other one. No Thanks

You will order online or you will not order. Just for giggles I waited to see how long it took to get an answer on the phone. Gave up after half an hour.
