Would post a 0 if I could. The female manger was absolutely rude! Horrible experience and will not return. Terrible costumer service.

Manager was power tripping, extremely rude to BOTH staff AND customers. She was the only person in the whole store without a mask while yelling over everybodys food and surfaces. Horribly unsatisfied.

Food is ok, not bad. But we’ve ordered about 5 times over the last year and the last 3 times, our order is wrong or missing something. It’s a big pain to get it fixed, if they do fix it, and it comes much later. As in, an hour later. It’s pretty frustrating when it happens repeatedly. Will not order again.

I wish I could give NO stars. It’s always something with this location. Missing items, late delivery. SOMETHING. Last time they missed something on my order. Today, it took an hour and a half for me to get my online delivery. Also, no call as to why they were late or the fact that they were even running behind. When I called to check the status, “BRANDON” had the rude excuse of “we’re slammed” and upon telling him it was over an hour from the time I placed my order, he asked if I wanted to cancel the order. REALLY? No offer to make it right or to comp it for being late. I’m ordering from Abby’s next time. They’re more expensive, but at least I will get my order when it says I will with no poor excuse as to why it’s late. I hope corporate reads this and trains their staff on customer service. It’s great to hire people during this rough time, but hold them accountable for their actions (or lack thereof in this case).

I ordered online for a pick up.first of all I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. ORDER WAS NOT READY! My husband had to wait out in the scorching car with our 2 fur babies, (we have no AC in the car). They offered him a cup of soda for the incontinence. WOW.
When he finally got the pizza home.it wasn't even cut! I WILL NEVER USE THIS DOMINO'S AGAIN.

New crew and manager is awesome caring friendly n great food! Always good to see no matter how busy they are you can just tell they love their jobs! The food and customer service is the goal there and the girl manager is always talking up the crew to keep up good service! Thank you dominos team in eagle point you rock!

Leah the manager is very rude. Refused to give refund for a delivery item after they changed BBQ wings two days ago to a very spicy sauce that we couldn't eat. Also said they have had a lot of complaints about the sauce. Wasn't even changed on their site that the sauce was hot. Said we had to bring the wings back for only a store credit. We had delivered because we couldn't leave the house. So we are stuck paying for them anyways. Not even a store credit. Will never go there again.

Sent me the wrong food and then the delivery driver stole my change. Refused to send me the right food and then the manager hang up on me. Definitely is worth the drive to go somewhere else.

I came in for a late night snack for friends.we got one large Hawaiian pizza extra ham and one large pepperoni pizza with extra olives and extra pineapple on the side. First we get extra ham or pineapple and there were tomatoes added on it. Second pizza had pineapple on it we got pepperoni cause 2 buddy’s are allergic to pineapple. Even though it wasn’t exactly what I asked for it was still delicious.

Ordered pizzas and a 14 piece BBQ wings to be delivered, they arrived but wings were not BBQ, they were so spicy hot, nobody could breath. I called them and politely told them that we got the wrong wings and that they were extremely spicy and we ordered plain BBQ. She said they changed the BBQ sauce to spicy bbq but haven't changed it on the menu yet. I asked her for a refund and she said she would need the wings back and she would give me a store credit. I asked how much the credit would be and she said she wasn't allowed to give a cash price over the phone. I asked her since we had them delivered if the delivery driver could come back and get them and she said no.im not paying him 4 dollars to drive back to get them. Her name was Lea At the Eagle Point store and was extremely rude yet told me I was being rude. Apparently it is OUR fault that they spiced up the bbq sauce and didnt mention it on the menu.she even said their were many complaints about the change. We will not be back.

Took over an hour for the delivery driver to show up with our food and then was told that we had to call and pay for it before we got our food. We used the app which we always do but apparently they didnt charge the card like the usually do. Spent another 10 mins on the phone trying to pay for our food. Ridiculous!
