Domino's Pizza, Portland OR

I would not recommend going here whatsoever. They gave us the wrong order would not replace it or give our money back. It also gave me food poisoning I would not go back here if my life depended on it

Pizza not as ordered but they said Pizza was fine. Maybe it was but it was not what we ordered. They didn't care cause they said it was a good pizza. So no refund no replacement. Just a Pizza not as ordered or liked. Good only for garbage. Will never buy from them again.

Placed an order, when it arrived the pizza was not made as requested. After calling back to have it replaced, driver returned took a picture and said "I will show this to them and get a replacement out to you" driver also agreed that it was not the pizza we order. After about 20 minutes of waiting I called back the employee that answered the phone said "it looked right to me" after explaining the order again, he just said again he saw nothing wrong with it they are not replacing it and hung up on me. Attempted to call back to get a hold of a manager and was told that wouldn't be in for a few hours. Since there was no replacement we ate the pizza that was given and we both got sick from it. (Ordered light cheese, light sauce, EXTRA pepperoni)

Good food but extremely greedy drivers. Twice in the past month I’ve received dirty looks and comments because I didn’t give them a tip.

We’ve gotten pizza from here so many times. Every single time it’s fresh and hot and oh so delicious. They had a great carry out deal but it’s not there anymore unfortunately. I really like their pizza though. They never skimp on any toppings!

I ordered for pickup and was surprised what a large crew they had, but they worked well together. My order was correct and tasted great!

We consistently get food from here and have always been pleased with it. Great food at a great price and it's always cooked to perfection.

This is a miss or hit spot.

And for a $6 delivery fee - it would be nice if our orders were complete and not missing items

Consistently good pizza and cheesy bread. Orders are filled fast and accurately. All employees I’ve dealt with were very nice.

I only do Carryout so cannot attest to Delivery service. Scott has made our last 3 orders perfect. Extra cheese is actually extra cheese. Plenty of toppings and the best prices. Scott YOUR RAD and deserve a fat raise buddy!

Terrible in store customer service. They put the wrong name on my order, and refused to use my carryout coupon. When I called to speak a manager, the kid said "he isn't dealing with me tonight" and hung up on me. Very POOR SERVICE

Yo Bobby got started on my pizza right off and Trevor delivered it fast as the stock market got trillions injected into it. THanks for the evening saturday delivery guys. Yall r rockstars. GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES AND ALL DELIVERY FEES. YA CEO CUCKS
Edit on 11/12/2020 @ 1645 hours: To the child that told me to "Have a blessed day" as I received my order and left the premesis - Because of your religiously inspired greeting I will no longer be patronizing this location. I will be going out of my way to find a different quick pizza joint to purchase my 1-2x per week food purchases.
Edit on 11/23/2021 @ 2041 hrs. Well I fckn lied. I been back like 17 times according to my pizza tracker. I hope the religious zealot that worked there somehow does not anymore. Anyways. I love that the extra sauce + well done comes out effing perfect every single time I order it. GIVE THESE FINE HUMANS RAISES.

Today I order from these dominoes I ordered one pizza with three toppings chicken bell peppers and onions is seems like they put one piece of chicken per slice, almost no bell peppers almost no onions. I couldn’t taste anything but pizza dough and tomato sauce.

Website says: No delivery. No online ordering. Lobby is closed for pickup, call for service. It's like they literally don't want any business.

Online ordering is a little tricky, but that's easily remedied just by calling their phone line. Pasta was baked perfectly. And the price was right. I'm definitely going back.

Don't provide plates for "covid reasons", clean single use plates are not a covid restriction this is the franchisee being greedy. Unless you like eating off your hands go somewhere else.

These guys always do it right! Can't say enough good about them. Just moved from Wisconsin to Portland and Domino's always provides excellent service no matter the location.

Usually when we get food from this location it's pretty good, but unfortunately our latest experience was quite the stinker. We had ordered 2 medium pizzas and a stuffed bread, and the first problem that arose was our order being late. When we finally sat down to enjoy our meal, we were extremely disappointed to find that EVERYTHING we had ordered was overcooked and/or burnt (see attached pictures). Everything was inedible, with the crusts being rock hard, the sauce dried up, the cheese and toppings crusty.how it got past the quality inspection is beyond me. We immediately reported the issue in two different ways in hopes to get a speedier response to our problem, but it's been a few days and so far no acknowledgement has been made.

** UPDATE ** 7/11/21 **
No acknowledgement was ever made after I had tried reaching out several times. We haven't ordered from Domino's since then, and will continue to not order from them if this is how they prefer to do business.
