Domino's Pizza, Milwaukie OR

This is the worst dominos to visit for pizza. I’ve gotten pizza here about 3 times and every time me and others woke up with food poisoning. When I visit different dominos I don’t have this issue. Be very careful about eating pizza from this location.

The workers at closing time are so nice and have very good customer service skills. They are very good at building their customer retention because I won't go to any other domino's except that one

Been tryna call this store for half an hour now and nobody will answer. C'mon y'all.

Worst experience ever try to order $65 worth of food with an individual that could not communicate and had zero customer service because he couldn't put his words together properly so we sat on the phone for 45 minutes in order for me to cancel my order after we had already discussed that if you paid $65 or more for an order it would have to be prepaid and I told him I would like to have it delivered cuz I've been delivered here for the last 5 years. I just wasted 45 minutes on the phone about a question I asked 2 minutes into the conversation just to cancel the order I will never order here again

I ordered on the app for pickup and they were so fast and accurate. They promise the pizza will be brought to your car within 2 mins. I think they were waiting for me to get there.

Many visits to this shop. Never a mistake, yet! Wish they had parmesan to offer. Their pizza tracker, or whatever they call it, is worthless.

These guys are great! Always fresh, hot pizza, drivers are prompt and professional. The store employees are always very cheerful and helpful as well. 10's 10's 10's across the board!

I tried their large veggie pizza and wow! Had juicy tomatoes, and other toppings that made this one of the best pizza's I have ever had. Not sure if it was just the one pizza maker or if domino's is making better pizza now.

I’ve been a customer of this location for a long time and never had any issues until recently. A driver decided to leave my pizza in a mystery location when I selected contactless (and my notes say not to knock since my pet usually lets us know once the gate has been open and waits by the window until the little alleyway is empty).

Anyway, we sit facing our open windows and our front door is directly next to said open windows, so I have a hard time believing that driver dropped the pizza off at my door. Neither my pet nor myself nor my partner noticed anyone coming through the gate or leaving something at our door. I checked everywhere for the supposed dropped off pizza after I noticed I had a missed call but found nothing.

I called the location, got some attitude from the woman who delivered (she insisted she left it at our door) and then was told I could talk to the manager “if” I wanted to “try” to make it right. Considering how the situation was handled, I decided I didn’t want to deal with this location anymore. I issued the second chargeback of my life and I’ll simply not order late night pizza (there’s better pizza in Portland anyway).

They had a great promotion last week with 50% off. I built some really good pizzas. However when ordering extra mushrooms extra cheese extra sausage it appeared that none of it was extra when you compared it to the other pizza I had without the extra. Very disappointed in that. It appeared that They reduced the quantity on their pizza due to their special discount.

A great pizza ready on time and my order was complete and accurate. I drive past my neighborhood Dominos to pick up from this store because they have their act together.

My order is always accurate and gets delivered quickly. Dominos' quality has vastly improved in the past few years.

Completely unprofessional they got my order wrong and then proceeded to tell me they were going to fix it then the manager did not hang up and proceeded to talk foul about my wife who had made the call to fix their error. As a manager myself I'm completely disappointed with this location and advise anybody to not go here if they want good customer service and just order from another Domino's because the manager here is a complete joke.

The pizza is great! But I do believe Darren the delivery driver was a little dis-respectful in terms of how loud his music was pulling up to my house. I could feel the vibrations through the floor and hear the base before my phone alert went off telling me to “get ready. ” Just be mindful of other people when delivering orders to future residents!

Decent pizza at a reasonable price, also Jerry H was very personable yet quite professional at the same time a true asset to the company and should be regarded as such.

The entire dominos corporation can go straight to hell, and when they get there they can all have a coke and a smile and let the devil know I'll be there soon.

Pizza is great, service is great. What's terrible is that the new owner routes the calls to a call center in India. Your order will now be tedious as hell and take 5 times longer to order than it should. They also get the price incorrect and are unaware of any local specials. It is so frustrating every time. They are not allowed to give the direct phone number either.

I order delivery a fair amount and often find myself choosing Dominos. They are usually very punctual, and pretty good about making up for their mistakes. These mistakes are usually small, such as a missing sauce cup or two. Would rate 5 stars but some of the delivery drivers I've received can be quite unpleasant at times and i even had one set my food on the steps and practically run away. This would have been ok had i requested contactless delivery, but i didn't and he didn't even follow my delivery instructions. Overall, its some delicious food but the service may need some work.

In my opinion Dominos in general is the best out of the main 3 pizza delivery comapnies.

This specific location always puts out some good food, although the fact they charge a $6 delivery fee is kinda wild.
