The food wasn't bad, but some stuff you used to receive for free they now charge you for.

Great pizza but employees don't know what they are doing and they're totally confused when it comes to stores policies

Wasn't happy with the short-bad attitude from the person taking my order, had to call back after she hung up on me! (Great customer service)

Forgets forks, delivers to neighbors often, forgets soda, arrives lukewarm, customer appreciation has plummeted, good food options and quality tho

Horrible dominos experience. They messed up and I asked them about it. They got extremely mad at me and threatened to call the cops. They kept my food and kicked me out. Lol. I don't want your messed up food anyways. Still waiting on my money back. Went to pizza hut and had a Flawless experience. GO TO PIZZAHUT

A little disappointed that my order lacked the butter and garlic on my pizza and bread bowl. And that you guys used ham instead of bacon on my cheesy BACON and jalapeño bread. Really lucky I am giving you a 3 star rating, messed up on 3 of 3 items.

Good pizza good delivery time.ordered 6 ranch they sent me 6 icing.called they said they would send the ranch right away it's been 45 mins and the domino's is maybe 10 mins away in traffic hours.guess I'll pack the pizza away and eat it from the mic tomorrow.threw away the one that was busted open

The store has been going down hill fast in the 3 years I have lived here! For one, does anyone have control over the butter or grease? Like literally, all the pizzas and other items are so drenched with butter/grease that eating it will cost you at least, a year off your life! I understand they add a bit to some crust, but if I didn’t order that why is my pizza soaked in it on the bottom? And do not get me started on the delivery drivers or the manager! All are rude, and unable to be accountable for their role in this establishment! No one will pay you a 10$ tip after paying that ridiculously priced delivery fee! So acting out on my door step is just asinine, and a tip is given for good service! I waited an hour and half, when called store the lady said they delivered my order! Then where is it? I get hung up on, and then upon my attitude starting to show its ugly head, I’m told it was delivered to another location (other side of town)! No one called, no one said sorry or offered me my money back! Two hours later from last call, I get my pizza! Burnt, covered in butter/grease and not at all what I wanted! Never go here, even Pizza Hut in town is junk! Must be an Oregon thing!

I feel their service and product has always been decent my only complaint is the new delivery charge I really hope that the driver gets a cut of that because it definitely cuts into their tips I'll still throw them a couple dollars but I already paid for a delivery fee guess guess that's just inflation for you

Placed a delivery order and received a call 30 minutes later that they could not deliver to my address. They have delivered to this address multiple times in the past. Unfortunately dominoes is my last resort so everything else was closed by the time I knew I wasn’t going to get my pizza. The least they could have done was deliver it to apologize for making me wait.

The ladies worming were so sweet it didn't give me the carsode pickup and I had my sleeping babies in the car so I rushed in hoping to grab it quick and be right out and they said it wasn't quite ready but they said they would bring it out to me so I didn't have to wait and leave my babies longer than a few seconds

When you have paid for a product and have not received it Excuses: We are so busy, We don’t have time, I can’t do. You may not get what you pay for with this business.

Once they messed up on our whole order and gave it to us for free it was over a hour late they forgot about us but they always make it right! Thee staff is always friendly!

I am a teacher at Dry Hollow and I needed to track down a receipt from a class party. The assistant manager (one of them) Alicia provided me with amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me. She deserves a promotion or a raise or some form of acknowledgment for her excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the company.

My wife and I love the “Chicken, Bacon, Ranch sandwiches and garlic knots. Yum, Yum. Get lots of napkins if you eat in your car!
