Domino's Pizza, Medford OR

Delivery was late, pizza was cold, there was enough ham and pineapple to cover a mini size problem is I had a large so coverage was sparce to say the least. Never again will stick with Papa Murphy's from now on.

Told them on the phone my location and that I have a gate onto my driveway. Got two calls from the store, called them back, and they told me that they didn’t call me. Waited outside for them to come as when I called last they told me someone was on the way. As I waited outside for another 20 minutes I decided to call them back to confirm and they told me the lady drove to the address and saw a field and decided to drive back thinking it was the wrong address.

I just went in for the FIRST time because I had a gift card. I ordered a combo meal. When I came in to pick it up they charged my gift card then proceeded to say it had no money on it.even though the card reader said it went through… which is also weird because I just called to check to see how much I had… I asked them if the could print out a recite of the voided transaction but continued to say they couldn’t.then I asked them if there was someone higher up to talk to. But they didn’t have anyone in. So I asked for a number to call. They also didn’t have one.
The cashier then called me a liar. Saying I could have came in with the card already used… I just scratched off the 4 digit pin that day. So I asked again is there anyway they can print me off my voided receipt. They said no. I asked if there is any way they can compensate me… again the cashier said no…

Anyways horrible experience. And lost 28 dollars. I will continue to not be a customer there.

I was on my way to a friend's house so I decided to pick up my Domino's pizza instead of having it delivered. Still extremely convenient as the employees brought my pizza out to my car with a smile and wished me a good evening. Pizza was hot and tasty.

Took a really long time to place my order. Then three different people had to figure out how to ring up and pepperoni pizza, Hawaiian pizza and 16pc bites. Then had the nerve to be extremely unpleasant and rude.
My family I was with didn’t even end up ordering because it was so difficult and chicken is a “special” topping

The work is there are very nice pay attention to detail. They go out of their way to help their customers I was very pleased

Ordered a pizza that never came and then the employee's hung up and wouldn't answer an questions or refund my money when asked. Horrible customer service for mediocre pizza.

Waited over an hour for my pizza to be delivered and by the time I got it out was barely luke warm. Not very satisfied

The service was good. I received what I ordered and it came on time.
However I got sick to my stomach a little while later.
Not so sure about Dominos anymore.

The mobile app could be a lot more user friendly but my last order delivery driver actually beat the pizza checker feature on the app!

Placed an order that totaled $44.92. Went to give the driver a $50 and told him to keep the change. He wouldn’t take the $50 and said they don’t accept bills over $20. No where online does it say that when checking out. He literally left with the food because I didn’t have anything smaller than a $50. Called the store and the lady who handled the situation (she wouldn’t give me her name) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never order from this location again. The crater lake Ave location is way better anyways.

It's still Domino's, bit the service was with a smile and pretty quick. I would go back.

Drivers were supper nice the guy cooking food Jordan was not nice at all. You lost alot of money cuz of his disrespect.

2 Topping pizza. Bacon & Chicken.
Should have been $13.98
When I got there it was $15.48.
When I asked about it. They said they charge extra for premium Chicken.
Dosen't say that ANYWHERE in the ordering process. They wouldn't budge. Told them they're going to get a bad review. The manager made it so it didn't look like my order got done. That made it so I couldn't write a review on their site.

I tried to order thee numba six an lady on fone hung up because I am from fatherland! No good very bad please avoid!

My favorite pizza place, great quality, nice employees and they're open late. I've actually gotten a few friends and family to switch to Dominos.

It's become the only place I believe that makes a pan pizza right, their ingredients just make better pizza in my opinion.

As far as location goes, I've only been there a few times when they were super busy but only had to wait about 45 minutes at most otherwise the usual wait time is 10-15 minutes.
