Domino's Pizza, McMinnville OR

Food was typical dominos but for some reason every time I order a salad it’s already close to expiring both salads I ordered tonight were already old and close to expiring with soggy wilted dark green lettuce…

Love the customer service but don't order pizza of friday night with high school home football games takes forever

They always have bubbles in there pizza and never have paper plates when I ask. Also the cut the pizza well enough cuz Everytime I get one it tears funny or is a struggle to pull apart

This isn’t what I mean’t when I asked for the 3 for 1 but thanks I guess. 3 hairs baked in, looooove that.

While they are extremely busy they are always friendly & dedicated to getting my order done correctly. The manager keeps on top of orders, while working the line, & is nice & makes sure customers are happy.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to order pizza for my family with two cokes. They delivered two diet cokes and instead of them making it right they supposedly gave us back the credit so now I have to load up my kids and head to the store to get use drinks because their manager refused to make it right and get into his personal car and drop it off. As a manger your job is to go over and beyond and lead by example. But what should I expect from a dominos that has a bad reputation.

Dominos is Dominos, little too buttery and salty for my taste, but you can’t beat the convenience. That’s why they’re been around for 50 years I suppose?

Ordered a pizza and bread sticks, was charged and told the pizza would be there in 15 minutes. They never came and took my money until the following day. Will not order again. Use cash only, they are not reliable or professional.

We ordered two pizzas. Both the pizzas were cold and burnt. Gross! Do not order from them. This was definitely tasted like day old pizza that set on the counter overnight. The brownies were good.

Ordered pizza at 7pm on August 20th, 2023. An hour goes by and our pizza was never delivered, when calling them they said “we only have one drive so it will take another 30min but we can pick it up” when arriving to pick it up they had multiple drivers there and gave the pizza to us cold. Horrible customer services and I highly advise ordering food from them. Almost an hour and thirty min, $40 later we finally got our cold pizza.

This Domino's had some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. First of all they lied about their not having more than one driver for delivery they had two drivers and I know that because after taking an hour for them to not bring me my pizza that I paid for by delivery they lied to us on the phone and said that they only had one driver when I went down to the restaurant the dummies working at the desk couldn't find my pizza because it had been so long since we ordered it. And the guy working at the front desk is lucky I didn't smack the shot out of him. Signed Josh Maier.

They put italian seasoning on pineapple ham pizza without asking, so my kids could not eat it. And burned thin crust. Atleast it was free with coupon, would be crazy to pay for that garbage.

Hate their ordering app, not friendly, so had to stop in to order, then wouldn't offer "take-out" specials, said only get if ordered in app. Won't eat there anymore. Usually ordered 5-7 pizza's each month before new app process.

Sorry to say, it was pretty awful, virtually NO toppings & the extra cheese was not extra and was not a regular mozzarella blend but something else. I didn’t go with the cheap option. Really disappointing when your family’s hungry.

The manager is so rude. I ordered and when i got to the store to pick up she said my order wasn’t ready to deal it with it. I went in another day and she was very rude. I believe her name is Elizabeth. She should get classes to be nicer to people. Other customers saying the orders take forever to get done. That has never happened to me before
