Domino's Pizza, La Grande OR

Crew was great and doing their absolute best. Higher ups (not the owners, even higher) need to step up and help this store. Multiples times I’ve had to go pick up my own order and pay the corporation delivery fee of $4 because I’ve waited over an hour with no updates. Just money down the drain. These people are being worked to their core with no benefits or rewards. Domino’s needs to do better.

I understand wait times but when you have to wait over an hour to get food that is slightly burnt, that’s not great and to add on to it it food barley even covered the bottom of the dish. Half of the noodles had no sauce. On the topic of atmosphere I don’t generally mind if the employees are talking to each other as long as it’s appropriate but it’s different when they all of a sudden start screaming lyrics to a song and have very little regards for customers in the building.

This is the first bad experience I’ve had. In fact the last time I got food it was amazing but there was a manager in the building making sure things were going right. That day the portion was amazing and none of my food was burnt.

To many staff a small area alot of food going to waste they have a hard time keeping up on orders and getting them correct.theu gave me a free pizza due to them putting red sauce over garlic sauce and forgot pineapple completely

Waited an hour for 3 items their phone line said it was disconnected. What is going on Dominos? We only ordered a medium pizza, lava cakes, and bread twists! The employee marked our meal was ready and my fiance went down there and they made him wait while they were still finishing up our pizza. What a joke! We keep thinking you guys will change but about to eat somewhere else, at least give people a coupon or something for their wait!

5 Stars for Darnell and whomever was working on Saturday 10/28/2023. I ordered six pizzas at 11: 42 am, to be delivered to my party at 6: 45. I called Dominos at 7: 15 to inquire about my pizza and Darnell mentioned that it was really far down on the delivery list. I came and picked up the pizza, I was one pizza short, but Darnell took care of me the following day. The Saturday crew was working VERY VERY hard and needs recognition and a raise, or a bonus, SOMETHING! Thank you Darnell and the Saturday crew for all that you do!

It's Domino's. The last time I ordered from the same Domino's as always (the only one in La Grande). I used the app to order as always. I even added a tip through the app, as always.

The pizzas were cold. It actually looked like leftover pizza from the day before. I'll never tip online anymore. I'll be checking everything I ever get from them before letting the driver take off.

It must have been a new driver last time. The delivery map showed the driver on my block for 20 minutes but I didn't see them. He said he got confused and went to the motel next door to my house. Even maps shows my house.

I will say that a quick phone call and I had a different driver bring regular, hot pizzas.

A one for service would be a gift my pizza was cold when I got it it took two hours and and thirty minutes before we just drove to get it.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order at 9pm, after an hour of waiting called store to cancel, waited on golf for 50 minutes and then was hung up on. Still no responses on anything and unable to cancel order 3 hours later. Will never buy pizza from here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible. I ordered tonight at about 8: 45 pm it’s currently 11: 37 pm and still no pizza. They don’t answer the phone and there’s nothing I can do until it’s delivered. Get it together guys. This is getting ridiculous either find more drivers or make them do their jobs. Absolutely horrible y'all out here acting like this is okay. This will be the last time I order anything from you guys. At least communicate with your customers or don’t give a delivery option if you’re not actually gonna deliver the food.

Food was good. Accurate and hot. Took twice as long as forecasted when I ordered and 5 minutes for carside delivery. But the staff was friendly.

Ordered 2 items and it took 2 hours to deliver. After them saying on the phone it would be here in 15 minutes 3 different times.

I wanted 3 hours for my food was told 40 minutes. Called back another60 minutes. I called and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the food. She asked for the money. I gave her a penny and sent the food back. Lousy customer service and really mean manager

Very disappointed in the fact that it took an hour to get my order, if it's because it was Friday, then make sure you have enough staff, or call in extra help

Pizza had no toppings really and they forgot my Sauce for my bread bites after a hour of wait time

Ordered three pizzas and some boneless wings, after 90 minutes I got the pizzas but now wings. I called the store and they said they forgot and wouls run them right out.that was an hour ago. I just call the store again and the wings are still there, their delivery driver "forgot them" again. I was told the will be right out this time, right away. Anyone want to place wagers on how long they sit this time?

If delivery is your business, this is something you need to get right.

I just want u to know that this is the worst place in the world to work I worked here a little over a month and I enjoyed my job until one day on a Sunday I was at work and we were supper busy and some ppl didn’t show up for there shift so we also were short handed one of the managers called the local owner his name is Jessie to ask for help well when he came in he started yelling screaming and cussing at the staff bc we were not as fast as he wanted us to be mind u customers were in the store I was at the front counter on the phone taking an order and he was yelling so loud that they could here what he was saying I than spoke to his wife and all she had to say was that yep ppl complained about how he handled things but some ppl are just not ment to work there well that’s great but employee abuse is not ok save ur self and do not work at this dominos ever employee also stated that that’s not the worst he can get we i would not want to see him at his worse

I visited this Domino's I'm from out of state and no one knows what they're doing took me an hour to get my order no one knows what they're doing and they need to be trained you need to train your employees
