Domino's Pizza, Portland OR

Called order in and they said 25 mins. Show up after 30 mins and the girl at the counter tells me the just put my pizzas in the oven. I wait 10mins go back in the store and the girl is scrambling around asking the workers where the pizzas are. They never put them in the oven like the girl told me they did then wants to tell me it will be another 10-12 mins. 45 mins later and no pizzas. What a joke!

Worst pizza place ever! Worst costumer service ever! Im not even gonna get into details. But if i was you i would run for your life!

I called 3x times around 12: 20 every time i got hung up on. Very rude just becasue u guys dont what to make pizza and deliver. It says ur open till 1am. U what to hang up on custumers. This place has lack of custmer service.

Ive noticed that employees dont wear gloves while handling the food. Very disappointed in dominos. They need to train there employees better. After i saw that they dont use gloves, i really didnt want to eat my pizza, but i still did.

I always order from this Dominos and they always get my order correct, and I always ask them to call and not knock and they NEVER knock! They're great!

It’s New Year’s Eve 6: 45 pm at night and take out time is 15 minutes.
Nice attitude and professional service.
They deserve every bit of 5 stars.

The Pizza Hut across the street answered the phone and franticly said “sorry we are not takin orders right now cause we are over wellemed! ”
And hung up.
I kid you not. I couldn’t make this stuff up.

I’m gonna go to work tomorrow and when a customers ask me to order something I’m gonna yell “ I’m over whellemd” and run away and see how that works out for me.

Thank you dominions employees for doing your job and allowing me to have a decent New Year’s Eve night.

This location does a pretty good job with Pizzas. I always order the same thing, so I don’t know about pastas or sandwiches. Fairly reliable. 4 time customer this year (2017)

Put tomatoes on my bbq chicken bites after I expressed no tomato and my entire p7zza was scorched a deep dark brown. The entire pizza was tough and had no flavor

I'd give it a -5 if I could! After going there for years & never having a problem I will never go back! I called at 5: 56, held 4 minutes to order, was told 15-20 minutes so I killed time. I got there at 6: 26 & was told 15-20 more minutes! I have them the time I was told & they implied I was lying & they would have said 40! I let them know I record all my calls! Then they say 4-5 minutes & bring out a pizza. I asked for the manager Adina 4 times & she refused to come to the window I asked for my food & money back & they said 1 or the other. He disappear with my pizza & I don't trust they didn't do something to it. She never came to the window. I layed on the horn to get their attention & they tried to give me pizza that was allegedly on the warming rack. They were only worried about car behind me. I left the tampered with pizza. I got my money back. I was there 20 minutes!

This Dominos is consistently good and consistently fast. They never get the order wrong. They aren't usually the friendliest bunch but hey, when your pizza is perfect you can't complain.

Consistantly late, even though i call 2 hours in advance and they reassure me it will be on time for my lunch at work. Management there is rude and offers no way to correct the issue. Id go somewhere else, due to lack of other pizza places that deliver here i have to go through them. If i could give nevative stars i would.

Horrible. Food is GREAT. Manager Mercedes is a complete capital B word! She hangs up, won’t give corporate number to customers and does not respect them one bit! FIRE MERCEDES, she is hurting your business and does not deserve to be there. She’s stuck up

Fast and friendly. Order was correct. For a take out pizza place, that's all that really matters.
