Don Pedro Mexican Food reviews
8Good food the menudo hit the spot UNFORTUNATELY the service was highly questionable the young lady behind the counter appeared to be in an alter state.
I pull in at 11pm to find them closed. Online says 12. The signs say 12. I've gone late before. Consistent hours at a place of business are important. It's one of the few places open when I get off work and to drive all the way there to see them closed an hour early is extremely poor service. Won't be returning
Every time I order here my order is messed up. Large order or beans and rice. Nope. Large order of beans and FRIES! 2nd order there. Some seafood tacos that I definitely didn’t order. Today my whole order of beans were crushed by how they stacked and tied the bag. My beans and rice were all over everything.
Was one of my favs. Would buy my crew breakfast burritos on occasion. They have cut way back on their protein ingredients (meats) and increased the price. Won't be back.
The fact is the prices are extremely high for what you get. The food quality Low and bland. The Breakfast burrito's are good, but high. They have arroz con pollo on menu but do not make, or have.very bad customer service.
I have only been eating at this place for 10 years. For those 10 years, nothing has been consistent. The pork, however, is consistently good. The beans are fresh made and equally good.
The tacos are a greasy mess, a fine quality in food in my opinion, but what goes in there isn't always as good as I would expect.
Here is the same problem also with their burritos. If you go in, make a point of hitting their salsa bar, it's quite good.
It's their lack of consistency that makes me downgrade it.
The most incredible well balanced fine tasting steak chimichanga I have had yet. It seemed like the employees were doing what they loved and put their heart into their cooking. 5 star review!
