Had to have remote locks synced up to the car. It was raining and I stayed dry waiting inside

They remade a car key w/key fob fairly quick. Went to Keyman's prior and the guy there was pretty condescending & kinda rude. All I wanted was the key copied, I told him I could program the chip & he scoffed & said I couldn't.
Don's copied the key right away for me and I went home and programmed it within 30 seconds. Thank you Don's!

A very honest place. I brought in my vehicle to get the passenger side rekeyed so one key would be used the vehicle instead of two. What he showed me was that the key was not long enough, made a longer key and it worked. I appreciated his explanation and honesty immensely! Thank you!

Amazing! We lost the key to our car and were told to get a new ignition with keys and the keys would come programmed, but they didn't. I called several locksmiths and all of them told me we'd have to put the old ignition back on and have them make new keys for that one and it would cost $250-$400 for the keys and programming. Discouraged I called one last place Don's Lock LLC and explained the situation to him. He was very friendly and compassionate about my situation and put me at ease. He told me to come down and make sure the new keys had chips in them and they didn't charge me for that, we found out they did and he sent someone over within 2 hours and programed them within 20 minutes and it only cost me $45 for the house/service call and $75 to program the key. They got my car started and that was it. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I'm sooo glad I didn't give up calling around after the first few places. Thank you Don's Lock I will be suggesting you guys to everyone who needs any Lock services. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

Owner Randy was asked to come unlock my door and spoke to me so disrespectfully when I asked him not to damage my door and that you had to unlock the door before using the handle to open it. He also decided to drive around the entire parking lot as opposed to using the phone number on file to communicate with me to locate the vehicle. I had to walk across the parking lot to tell him where my car was while also being on the clock at work. Apparently, in this long line of service in this industry he’s never once learned about common decency and respect. Or the fact that I was right about the unlock mechanism in the car I drive every single day. Randy, this kind of unprofessionalism will not be tolerated and I hope AAA finds a better service to utilize in the future. Thank you for not breaking my door handle and giving me back my keys at the very least. If there was a negative star review system in place I would have used that. Being an owner of a business you should really take some customer service lessons and speak to your customers with more respect.

I had a particularly challenging job that no other locksmiths wanted to tackle - remaking lost keys for a foreign motorcycle from scratch. Other shops wanted me to remove the ignition switch and bring it in to their shop. This would have been a major disassembly job, requiring cutting some components. Don's Lock was able to make me a new set of keys without any disassembly or damage to my bike, and did it for a surprisingly reasonable price. Thank you Don's Lock for saving my butt!

This the best locksmith I have found in the Medford area. Quick service, fair prices, and the place to go for laser key cutting. Totally satisfied each time I visit.

These guys are awesome! Very affordable and even more efficient. I called for a garage door and they were able to send someone out within a half-hour.

Let me tell you about these guys. I called "AAA" because my battery was dead. They sent a truck out from Don's and it's probably a good half hour drive. Well about 5 minutes before he arrived, I thought I would try and start up the car and it started up. I was so upset because I saw that on the app online, that they had almost arrived and so I called right away to cancel. I said you could still charge me but I don't need the battery started now. They said "oh it's no problem don't worry about it. " How nice was that? ! I was very concerned for them.it's a lot of gas and time! I'm very grateful and if I ever need help, I know who I'll ask for. I will call and ask for them!
