Double Mountain Horse Ranch

Called and made an appointment for the 2nd over two weeks ago. This was to be a surprise for my husband and we traveled 5 hours renting a hotel to just be notified early in the morning that they had canceled. I can not communicate how disappointed I was to hear this after planning everything to surprise him. Would not recommend unless you are in the area already as they gave no reason for the cancelation.

My son and I loved the lesson from Renee. She was welcoming and all of those we met both human and horse were just wonderful. Thank you for a splendid afternoon!

We had a great time on our trail ride last weekend! Got lucky on weather - not too hot. Our six-year-old absolutely loved it. The stock were very well cared for and we had no issues at all. They took our picture for us in front of Mt. Hood.
It's not easy finding available activities during the pandemic - I highly recommend scheduling a trail ride with these folks.

My wife and I had an amazing day with Margo today! We booked her Horseback riding tour with the wine tasting in Hood River. She helped us get comfortable with the horses and had a great day! It was a pleasure getting to meet you Margo! We will see you in October for Lorraine’s birthday!

I took my husband on the horseback wine tasting for his birthday. I have never been on a horse before. Margo made it easy. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Margo. After the ride we helped brush the horses and put them out. It was such an amazing and relaxing time. Plan on doing it again.

OMG! So much fun! It was my first time horseback riding and I must say, it was quite simple, relaxing, fun, and invigorating! Clinton was the beautiful horse I rode. Laura and Emily were the guides for the day. Their warm personality made us feel right at home. Thanks for your wonderful customer service! I will for sure be back for the Cascade waterfalls trail.
