I LOVE this place! Katie has been my waxer from the start and she’s done an amazing job making me feel comfortable and cared for 100% recommend Katie for all of your waxing needs! She will definitely take care of you!

Katie does an amazing job at waxing! She is quick, the wax wasn't too hot and she made the experience as pain free as possible. I am excited to go back to her because I felt comfortable and got great results! Thanks Katie!

Seemed like a decent place. But they want to charge you $150 to “diagnose” your car before even charging you for any of the work that they might find. Needless to say, I found somewhere else down the street that got me in a lot sooner, and cheaper, and did great work!

Love this place! It's my forever wax home.) Other places around bend I've experienced were soo bad I'm thankful there's a place in town with ladies who know what they're doing, are CONFIDENT in what they do and are hilarious to chat with making for a fun experience.
Try them out if you're needing some hair ripped out.

I really did love this place until recently, the studio space is designed so cute and they seem good at their job. However I scheduled an appointment for 1 at noon one day, and due to a family emergency had to cancel. As soon as I was able to I canceled but was still charged the 35$ fee, even though I had made the appointment less than an hour before I had to cancel, and the appointment was the same day. I was told that because I hadn’t canceled 24 hrs ahead of time (which is physically impossible) I would still be charged, there was no exceptions to the rule. I would understand if it was a first time client who they didn’t know or someone who had done that many times and couldn’t be counted on to show up to their appointment, but I was super frustrated that even though that was my first offense and I explained the situation, they still charged me. I really thought they would be more empathetic and understanding, especially since I’d been going to them for almost a year, I felt that they had nice customer service and were caring. I’m disappointed at how quickly they turned their backs on me. I won’t be going back.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. I inquired as a new customer and the owner herself told me about a promotion they had BOGO brazilian and so I went in had my business done, which was done very well! Mellissa the owner helped me out. On check out I asked specifically how does the BOGO work so "when I am ready I contact you for the free one? " She confirmed yes just like that no added instructions or hidden requirements. This is how other businesses have done it in the past and I am a 20 year waxing veteran lol
Anyhow 2 months later I contact them to book my free wax and suddenly they say I was supposed to book it within six weeks to receive it. Imagine that! As a busy work from home and homeschooling mom I do my best with a busy schedule but even if I had been told this ahead I would have made it work (oh bur wait Mellisa called to confirm after I challenged this that it was in the fine print so your bad new customer) Overall totally unprofessional as she could have just honored it and did the right thing. Instead she lost a customer, potential referrals and also got a negative review in the process. The 2 stars is for the wax as it was definitely top notch.

This place is amazing! Katie is the best and has great customer service and connections! Best place to get waxed in bend oregon.

Melissa has meticulously designed the space and her client’s experiences to be nothing short of fantastic. She is kind, hilarious, friendly, and you cannot be embarrassed in front of her - she’s very graceful and zero percent shaming. Absolutely recommend for any of your waxing needs! PS. One of my friends saw her staff for a spray tan before her wedding and it was perfect!
