Driftwood Restaurant & Lounge reviews
23Had the Oyster Shooters and Clam Chowder Bread Bowl and loved every bite! Good Beer and Drink selection as well!
Absolutely superb! My husband and I both ordered a steak and it was absolutely perfectly cooked. We will definitely visit every time we make our way to Cannon Beach!
Found this place after a lovely day at the beach so I was obviously craving seafood. No reservation, walked in and was immediately able to get a table for 3, my server was a delight and the food. Let me tell you I was NOT expecting to have a crab roll that dang good! Great food good atmosphere and just an all around good vibe (covid cautious as well)
Great cocktail sauce with kick, fresh oysters, crab is good & they have good chicken Alfredo definitely recommend.
Sat at the fire pit, it was a bit hot. Nice ambience though. Food was good, the bread was amazing!
What an AMAZING dining experience. The staff were so accomodating and the food was superb! We had the Halibut and the sauce it was cooked in was so delicious I wish I'd gotten extra to put on the rest of my food! Definitely recommend.
Never had to wait on the staff, drinks were amazing good! Food was so delicious.thinking ill make dill flavor halibut myself next time, stuff was DANK! MAKE SURE you get the asparagus with it. BOMB! She had the alfredo.lol nuff said lol!
First thing I noticed is there was lots of employees working the floor. It was good to see servers have sufficient time to take care of the tables without appearing rushed. The food was good and was ready without much of a wait even though they had a full house of guests. Good job!
This restaurant is our family's favorite! Food is always on point, staff treats you like family and atmosphere is amazing. Def recommend.

Clam chowder on a cold rainy day was exactly what I was in the mood for! The chowder was delicious and I added a BLT but honestly, as good as it was, the chowder alone was enough to hit the spot. This is a cozy little restaurant in the middle of downtown Cannon Beach shopping which makes it a great stop for lunch or dinner. We've eaten here a handful of times now and it's great every time.
Good quality and quantity for the price and location. I had a lunch portion of flavorful grilled salmon that was just slightly overcooked. My lovely companion had a crab Newberg salad with a generous amount of tasty crab. Service was attentive. Place was quiet, pleasant, and clean. Good iced tea.
This restaurant was amazing. The waiters were amazing efficient and friendly to our large party. The food exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend eating here!
Very nice dinner. Food was great. Service was good. Got the ribs and loved them. Good portions, not too big.
Great happy hour with lots of beer and wine. Good menu items. Didn't like two different salad dressings though. Everything else was fine.
Really good food at the coast.
Better yet really really good service your water glass is always full somebody always comes by and ask how are things are everybody works their together to make your dining experience the best it can be
Great filet, great chowder, great service Brent was very attentive and Johnny on the spot the whole time. Will come again.
I wasn’t too impressed with this place. Typical tourist fare. Overpriced. Forced cheerfulness of the staff with their rehearsed banter. The food was boring and uninspired. Skip.
I cane in with my three boys on Sunday and was seated quickly. I loved the customer service most. Sometimes coming to a restaurant with kids and a stroller is overwhelming, not just to me, but everyone around. The host took care of my stroller and the boys got their menus to color quick. The boys were happy with their fish and chips and chicken strips and I finally tried an Oyster P’Boy. I discovered I really like fried oysters!
New England Clam chowder, Halibut in dill, Oyster poboy, even Cole slaw - ALL EXCELLENT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They have obviously quality ingredients, but our meal was beyond bland. We had the steak sandwich, the coho salmon, fish and chips, and toasted cheese. The cod was 4/5 for flavor, toasted cheese was 3/5, steak sandwich was tender but 1/5 for flavor (and was literally just a steak between slices of bread, no toppings or sauce), and the salmon was cooked well but 1/5 for flavor. Service was attentive but we still had to ask for drink refills. Overall, wont be back.
