Duluth Trading Company, Springfield OR

A big shout out to Brenda at the Springfield, OR, store. I found the perfect raincoat there late this Saturday afternoon but not in my size. She checked inventory which showed they should have two in my size. In less than five minutes she found my new raincoat in the right size and color. But that wasn’t all. She asked if I received their emails and catalogs. Sure do! She had me check a recent email I hadn’t read yet and there was a 40% off any one item coupon. Brenda just made my day by not only finding the coat I needed but making it much more affordable, Can’t remember the last time I had such wonderful service! Kudos to Brenda!

I ordered a men's bathrobe locked good in the description, but when I received the item it was very thin and looked like it was made of flannel scraps, very disappointed don't think I will be shopping at Duluth anymore

Good time to shop here. Anytime and anytime. Love their products. Clean and handy staff. Plenty of parking. I recommend this store.

Not very good clothes went and bought couple pairs of pants for work explained to the people working there my job and they told me if any of my pants tore they would replace them they didn't say the seams or anything like that they just said if I tore them at work they would replace them I had them for a couple weeks then they got torn on the leg and went and tried to get them replaced then they said they won't do it cuz it wasn't the seams that tore and I told them the lady mngr said they would replace them if I tore them at work cuz I explained to them what my job was but they wouldn't do it a bunch of liars so don't go to Duluth for clothes they say is strong but rip easily then don't get replaced

Easy to find big n tall fashions. We found a jacket for my husband and items for our dog.
Friendly staff, well stocked and clean.

Nice, clean store. Friendly employees. Astronomical prices unless they’re having a sale on the specific item you’re looking for.

Everyone is always super sweet and helpful!

We went to your Eugene, Oregon on Tuesday September 26,2023 at approximately 2: 30 pm. There is a young man named Kee and a young woman named Catherine. These two people were so VERY HELPFUL! Sweet and kind and always with a smile. They found my husband and myself the sizes and colors we we're looking for. Two wonderful people and we would love for Kee and Catherine to receive praises and a possible raise. They are two hard working people and would LOVE if they got rewarded for what they do. We are from California and have only been able to shop through the catalog. We spent around $ 400.00 with their help and that was only the front half of your store. We will be going back on our way home to shop the other half of the store We look forward to Kee and Catherine helping us again. You have no brick and mortar locations in San Marcos California. Have been wanting to go to this store, today I went I was looking for a certain cap. Beautiful Store, Clean and very well Organized. The Associates dont talk to you or ask you if you need help. Almost like they are straight commissioned associates and if you are not dressed to the hilt or dont look like you have money. They are not going to ask if you need assistance There were more associates than customers so its not like they were too busy to seek you out and ask. I was there for awhile walked the whole store. You could tell I was looking for something Oh well
